The Space:

This noble mountain view apartment was renovated and furnished with a lot of passion by me and my family in 2023 and awaits you with great furnishings, a large balcony and can accommodate 6 guests. The perfect place to unwind and enjoy the nature of the Allgäu.



You park directly in the yard in the garage and access the apartment directly via the key safe via the stairs.

A 69 square meter apartment awaits you with 1 bedroom, bathroom, living room with sleeping space for a total of 4 people and kitchen.



You can start your day with free filter coffee or tea and enjoy all the beautiful amenities of this apartment, including the balcony, seating areas and breathtaking mountain views. From every window in the apartment you have a view of a different mountain :-)



The “large” bedroom has a comfortable 1.80m double bed. The living room is equipped with two single beds and a sofa bed, which can theoretically be pushed together.



In the living room you will also find a comfortable seating area with a sofa, armchair and smart TV.



The kitchen is of course fully equipped with a stove, refrigerator, oven, dishwasher and everything else you need to cook deliciously. You will also find lunch boxes for your hikes (please bring them back!).



The bathroom is even equipped with an elegant walk-in shower.



Of course we provide fresh towels and bed linen.



Guest Access:

You will find a key safe on site. You will receive the description and combination via messenger or email after your booking.



The Neighborhood:

Right on your doorstep you will find everything you need for your stay. Near the apartment you will find supermarkets, bakeries, butchers, markets, clothing stores, shoe stores, drugstores, bookstores and pharmacies. This means you can easily buy everything you need locally.



The Alpsee is just a few minutes away from your apartment. Here you can swim, sail, surf, fish or just enjoy the view. The city center of Immenstadt is also just a few minutes' walk away. Here you will find numerous restaurants, bars, cafés and shops.



In the Alps you can hike, climb, ski or just enjoy nature. The Alps are only a few kilometers away from Immenstadt.



Getting Around:

There is a supermarket right in front of the property where you can buy all your daily needs.



You can park for free directly in the large yard in front of the garage on the far left.
