Boasting 3000 square feet to call your own, this roomy retreat comes fully furnished inside and out for laid-back group living. Inside, behold beautiful bay views while shooting a few rounds of pool in the billiards room or while simply relaxing with friends and family in either of the living rooms. Luxe leather seating, a gas fireplace, and a TV set the stage for toasty home movie nights on the main floor. You'll find the kitchen well-equipped with all the major appliances and plenty of counter space for planning and preparing home-cooked meals with ease. The upstairs living area is ready for happy hour hosting, with features including a plush leather sectional, a dartboard, a game table, a wet bar, and a smart TV. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
