Journee Home is a spacious place in a quiet and peaceful cul-de-sac in Ammon, ID that's 5 minutes from all Idaho Falls has to offer. Ext cameras and Equipped to a high standard to anticipate your needs for a great stay. Comfortable retreat with fully fenced backyard with hot tub and a two story playhouse with slide, covered patio, bbq and outdoor seating.
5 bed 3 bath with 2 living rooms and A/C. Centralized location to many outdoor adventures (1-2 hours) including Lava Hot Springs, White Water Rafting, Heise Hot Springs, Teton Mountains, Yellowstone National Park, or Jackson Hole, WY, is just a taste of what you could enjoy here in our area.
3 bedrooms on the main floor. 1 king bed, 2 queen beds and 2 bathrooms. Downstairs there are 2 more bedrooms with 3 queen beds and 1 twin bed and a sofa sleeper in the living room and 1 large bathroom with jetted tub.

We enjoyed our stay and loved that the house was more than spacious and comfortable for our big family. Lots to of amenities to keep us entertained and conveniently located near restaurants and stores. We would definitely consider staying here again when visiting Idaho Falls.

We had a very good stay at this home visiting long distance family we haven't seen in many years. Check in was super simple with our own personal access code and the owner was very responsive and accommodating which was very nice to have especially for resetting our access code at initial check in and figuring out the trash day as the trash bins filled pretty quickly from our extended stay. I enjoyed having the detailed instructions for everything in the home including arriving/departing, hot tub use/maintenance, and having a list of local nearby attractions. It is a very beautiful and comfortable home throughout and the house was fully equipped with everything we could possibly need for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The playhouse in the back was a big hit with all the little ones as well. Overall would definitely recommend for anyone planning a larger family getaway. The only negative thing I would have to say is that there was one evening where we had one of the neighbors recording our vehicles in the driveway/cul de sac. We had permission from the owner to grill and spend some time with family so there was more vehicles present but we made sure to not impose on the neighbors. I think it ended up all being no issue but it did make me a bit uncomfortable to have someone randomly recording us outside the home. The dog next door did not seem very friendly but we just avoided that side of the yard and it was all fine. Overall it was a nice stay and I would definitely recommend.

Great for large group

Our family really enjoyed our stay. The home was very comfortable. The grounds were well kept. Our little children enjoyed the yard and playhouse. The teens enjoyed the ping-pong table. There were plenty of rooms and beds. Everything was well marked and easy to find. Plenty of parking.

Family adventure

We booked this home for a family gathering where we could enjoy nature and time with family. This home is located in a great location giving us easy access to natural parks. It is very clean, well stocked and pet friendly. It provided plenty of seating and space for us. The neighborhood is clean and well maintained. I highly recommend staying here!

Perfect House for Large Family

This house was perfect for our group of 7 adults and 4 kids. The bedroom setup was ideal and the downstairs living room was a big bonus. The house was super clean. The giant backyard was so nice for both the dog and the kids to run and play. The kitchen was well stocked and the house has plenty of towels. It’s also in a great location close to the zoo, aquarium, and shopping.

Family Stay

We were in Idaho Falls for my Father's funeral and the house was really pleasant for several out of town family members to stay together. The house was comfortable and spacious and allowed for family visits. The younger visitors loved the playhouse and ping pong table.

Huge House

The house was even bigger in person. Plenty of space for everyone and having the downstairs with its own living room and rooms was very nice. The beds were so comfortable that I had to take a picture of the topper and mattress so I could buy myself the same ones! Overall great stay and experience. One thing of note was that the fencing around the backyard had some holes that the neighbor dogs could peek their noses/faces in and they weren't the friendliest dogs. There were no issues but thought if you were bringing a reactive dog, there may be a problem since some of the fencing didn't look super sturdy.

THE PERFECT PLACE FOR ANYTHING!!!

I rented this house for my sister’s 50th birthday weekend
. She and her two teens son’s flew up from Phoenix, her daughter and husband and 3 young children drove over from Star Valley, WY and her other son who lives in IF joined us during the day. My sister’s only request was that everyone has a bed and it must have a table to play games
.this House delivered that and SO MUCH MORE! The ping pong table was SO much fun! We enjoyed the hot tub, grilled steaks, the master bedroom was the PERFECT space for my niece and her family, and the location was GREAT!!! Just minutes from anything you need! The kids loved the slide and tire swing
. And the boys ran out of time, but really wanted to use the basketball hoop! THANK YOU for this lovely home that ticked EVERY box!!!!

Awesome Property!!

We were in town for a local high school graduation and we had a family of 6 adults. This home was amazing! It was spacious- we didn’t even need to use the large living area and bedrooms downstairs- beautiful fenced in backyard with the hot tub, outdoor dining with a grill, and central location. I highly recommend!
