Updated country home sleeps 8 firepit mountain view close to Hyrum Reservoir

Welcome to Raspberry Country Cottage! Enjoy the feel of the country while still being close to everything: just 5 blocks from Hyrum Reservoir and located within 5 minutes of Blacksmith Fork Canyon, free pickleball courts, a new skatepark, frisbee golf, 2 splash pads, groceries, gas and restaurants. Only 10 minutes to Logan, and 30 minutes to Hardware Ranch. There are lots of things to do nearby including boating, fishing, swimming, hiking, and mountain biking.
The space
As you enter the front door, you'll be greeted by beautiful country artwork and mountain photography in the front room which doubles as an office with a desk in front of a window and a sofa that can be converted to a queen bed.

Follow the charming hardwood flooring down the hallway and you'll enter an open-concept main area of the home which boasts a fireplace and 55" TV, and a brilliant new kitchen with stainless appliances and stunning quartz countertops. The kitchen includes everything you'll need for cooking and dining in.

The conveniently located dining area provides comfortable seating for 6 adults. 4 additional dining seats and a small table are available in the backyard.

The backyard is accessible from the main living room through a sliding glass door. It's spacious and has plenty of room for yard games or just enjoying the majestic mountain views. There is an outdoor dining set and a propane BBQ grill. Propane refills are available at the Hyrum Chevron station at 35 N 800 E. There is a wood firepit and we include a free bundle of firewood. The backyard includes a rustic cedar privacy fence. Please note there is no gate to keep children in the backyard. However, the street is pretty quiet and has very low traffic. Guests are welcome to eat the apples in the apple orchard on the east side of the house as well as the raspberries on the west side. The raspberries produce a lot of fruit in season which is typically from July to September.

Note: The home will comfortably accommodate 6 adults. We allow and can sleep 8 guests, but it may feel a little tight if 8 people are all eating together at the table (one side has a bench where 3 people could squeeze). 2 additional people could eat at the desk if needed.

Bathrooms
Main/Master Bath - This bathroom is accessible directly from the master bathroom and also from the hallway. The vanity is in the laundry room and the toilet and tub/shower are separate and adjacent so that you can use the shower or toilet with privacy while someone else is using the vanity or washer/dryer.
Half Bath - includes a toilet and 3' vanity

Guest access
All of the property is accessible to guests except for the closet in the front room which is used for owner storage.
Other things to note
Bring your own logins to access content on the Smart Amazon TVs located in the main living room and in the master bedroom.

The driveway has 2 parking spaces on cement and another space behind the driveway. Parking is allowed on the street during the warm months and there is 1 roadside parking place. There is room to park a truck with a boat or other trailer.

During the winter, the driveway is plowed or shoveled between guests but will not be plowed or shoveled if it snows on your check-in day or during your stay. The driveway is flat, but may need to be shoveled to get your car in an out after large snow storms. A snow shovel is provided.
