There is a new oven, new refrigerator, new beds from 2018. New 2020 blinds in bedroom and new electric heating in bathroom / bedroom. - what many have missed.

There is fiber internet 100/100.

There is parking right by the house.

Motorhomes from friends are similar is not allowed, the house is for 4 people.



Other things worth noting

You will basically have to pay for your consumption of electricity, 2.25 DKK per. kwh.

It's usually not the big expense. But since the house is already even very cheap compared to holiday homes around it, I would like that expense covered.

It is measured before you arrive and you measure yourself afterwards.



The house is well maintained inside and we have many personal belongings in the house. THAT'S WHY we say maximum cleaning, thank you. An older house seems dingy when not properly cleaned. Thanks in advance :-)
