The space

This two story house has a fully furnished 4 bedrooms/3 baths , 1 living room and 1 game room. Three bedrooms are located on the first floor and the fourth bedroom on the second floor.

The master bedroom has a king size bed and features an in suite bathroom with a shower and walk in closet. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds and is equipped with a dedicated workspace. The other two bedrooms (one located upstairs) have queen size beds. All bedrooms, game room and living area are equipped with smart HD TVs.

All bathrooms offer an enjoyable spa experience that will make you feel refreshed after each shower.

The open kitchen/dining/ living room area offer a cozy gathering environment for your family and friends. The kitchen is fully furnished with everything you need to enjoy your meals (dishware, glassware, silverware, pots and pans, mixer, hand mixer, rice cooker, waffle maker, coffee maker, cooking supplies, seasonings, and storage containers for your leftovers). A full size refrigerator as well as a microwave, a cooktop, and a dishwasher will enhance your stay.

The living room is equipped with a 70 inch HDTV and offers a lot of seating for your family gatherings.

The game room is equipped with a 65 inch HDTV and lot of seatings. It offers an environment of fun where you can enjoy different games and family night movies. The backyard has a covered patio for you and your family and friends to enjoy. There is also a Barbecue grill available for you to use (you will need charcoals).

A laundry room with a washer and dryer is available for your laundry needs.

Guest access

Guests have access to the entire house except the coat closet at the entrance which is locked for property management use only.

Other things to note

This residence strictly maintains a policy of being free from smoke and pets. Failure to comply with the house regulations regarding pets or smoke may result in an additional charge of $350 or possibly more.

Everything in the house is there for your use. This includes the kitchen items, toiletries and laundry soap as needed
