Over 3300 sq ft! 4 equally large king-bed master suites, each with private bathrooms & walk-in showers. Bunk room has 6 built-in queen beds & bathroom with tub/shower. Fully private courtyard boasts 16’ pool (motorized cover), natural gas fire pit & Weber BBQ. Open loft with premium Ping Pong & Xbox. 3-car garage with EV charging.

ADDITIONAL DETAILS: Brand new, spacious home located at The Aerie Resorts in Hurricane, Utah. This standalone home has no shared walls (not a townhome). This means you have a peaceful, private space for your family and friends to gather and enjoy one of the worlds most beautiful and visited locations. 3 minutes to Sand Hollow State Park entrance, 30 minutes to Zion National Park, 15 minutes to St George Blvd, 45 minutes to Mesquite, Nevada and an hour and half from Las Vegas, Nevada. The resort is unique as it also offers plenty of extra parking space for those that bring their own recreation vehicles and toys. The home is equipped with soft water throughout, a tankless water heater for constant hot water, and an EV car charger inside the garage. Additional private amenities include a private pool, fire pit, Weber BBQ, indoor ping pong, Xbox, high speed internet, and Samsung 4K Smart TVs in all of the common areas and master suites.

THE HOME: The home is over 3300 sq ft, which is much larger than most five bedroom short term rentals. It’s tasteful decor and high-end furnishings will add comfort and luxury to your stay. The main floor includes open entryway, family room with electric fireplace, kitchen and dining room, one master suite, additional 1/2 bathroom, courtyard, and 3-car garage. The second floor has an open loft and indoor breezeway with ping pong table, 3 master suites, and bunk room with an additional full bathroom. Samsung 4K Smart TVs throughout. YouTube TV streaming service membership on each TV is provided which gives full access to local channels and major networks and sports. Smart TV’s provide access to any other personal streaming accounts you wish to access. High-speed WiFi provided.

BEDROOMS: There are 4 equally large master suites, each with king beds, 55” TVs, and private en-suite bathrooms with walk-in showers, so no need to fight over who gets what room. One master suite is located on the main level for anyone needing a stair-free stay, and then the other 3 master suites and bunk room are on the second floor. The bunk room includes 6 built-in queen beds (yes, 6 queen beds!) and a 5th bathroom with tub/shower combo in case any of the kiddos (or adults) wants a bath.

All 10 king and queen mattresses are premium hybrid, coil and memory foam, cooling mattresses that should appease both soft or firm mattress sleepers. We definitely didn’t skimp on anything, especially here. Several high end pillow types are provided with each bed as well as extras in closets so you shouldn’t feel the need to bring your own pillow.

KITCHEN AND FAMILY ROOM: The large, fully equipped kitchen and dining room includes a long table that can seat 12, a giant and beautiful black quartz island with additional bar seating and food prep, plenty of cupboard space, large pantry, and additional countertop and cooking space to whip up all of your meals. For those that want to cook, it is stocked with just about anything you’ll need.

The main floor family room is a beautiful central gathering place connecting the kitchen, dining room, entryway and courtyard. It has a 65” TV, an electric fireplace for those cooler mornings or cozy evenings, and a 1/2 bathroom close by.

COURTYARD/POOL: Fully private courtyard boasts 16’ pool with a motorized cover, a natural gas fire pit, natural gas Weber grill and ample seating. Because the courtyard sits between the house and the garage, the only access to the courtyard is from those two locations, so you wont be bothered. Truly private space. The large panoramic folding glass doors give you open access and viewing to the courtyard from the main family room and kitchen. For pool safety, the courtyard glass door has a chime feature enabled as well as motorized pool cover with required code to open and close. Pool depth is about 5 feet so please monitor your little ones. Much of the courtyard is fully covered/shaded from the elements while the pool and lounge chairs are exposed for those sun-seekers.

SECOND FLOOR LOFT: The ultimate hang out area with oversized L-shaped couch, 65” TV, Xbox Series S with two controllers, and a fun and unique “The Sandlot” themed indoor breezeway ping pong room with window views into the courtyard. There is plenty of space around the table to play your ultra competitive ping pong tournaments.

LAUNDRY ROOM: Large LG WashTower stackable washer and dryer. Located on the second floor between bedroom 2 and 3. Several pods and dryer sheets provided for each guest.

GARAGE: 3-car garage with a double-car and single-car door. Single-car side has a 240V (level 2) EV charger port on the drivers side and is included with your stay. No cables or adapters provided so be sure to bring your own. It is a NEMA 14-50 240V outlet (see picture for clarification) which is capable to fully charge most vehicles overnight.

Our stay was great! Plenty of room for everyone.. there were a few minor inconveniences but overall it was awesome! We loved the pool area that sits in a courtyard between garage and house, completely enclosed. Really enjoyed that! Access to the community pools, gym and pickle ball courts were a big hit! Location was good if you are into lots of outdoor activity! We are so it was perfect! Thanks for being great hosts!

Awesome Vacation Home for Everyone!

The hosts went all out to make this home 5 stars!!! Absolutely spotless! So, so clean and comfortable. Excellent house layout that would be great for large families. Large bedrooms, large kitchen, two large hang out spots, and total privacy at your own personal pool with a perfect shaded patio! This house would be the perfect vk spot all year around. We had a question about the pool and the host responded immediately. We are absolutely going to book here again!Kitchen was organized with all the things you need. Large, tall garages (perfect for my moded off-road Lexus SUV). Super close to excellet off road trails and Sand Hollow Res. Plus you are only about 15 to 20 mins to all the great food in central St. George. Pool is smaller with seating all around which actually makes it the perfect pool to just chill in. We are super allergic to pets (yes even the hypoallergenic ones) so we really appreciated how clean the house was, it really is a pet free house. Enjoy!

A great Sandlot getaway!

Our family loved the house. The Sandlot theme was fun & also not overly done. Homeowners quickly responded to most of our needs, including getting the community pool cleaned up from the wild sandstorm one night (we assume it was their help that got that done. We never got additional paper towels or tide pods--but we bought our own & took extras home. House was well equipped with kitchen needs. Beds & bedding were great. Nice, modern finishes. Pool at the home is small but our littles enjoyed it and its warm water. Triple garage was a great feature--including EV hookup. We would definitely stay here again!

Great Property

My colleagues and I stayed at The Sandlot for a work retreat and it was perfect for us. Ricky and Kayli were EXCELLENT hosts and provided exceptional communication. The home was beautiful and perfect for families or groups. It is tastefully decorated and was well-stocked with everything we needed. The private pool is a great bonus. Highly recommend!

Best Stay Ever

This house was beyond beautiful, comfortable, clean and oh-so roomie. It was fully equipped with everything we needed to cook family dinners. I really can’t think of anything that they didn’t have that a home should have. They had everything! I also love that everything was labeled with where the items belonged, so no need to stress about remembering where it went. The bonus for this home for me, was that all 4 master bedrooms had their own bathrooms! Another upside is that we didn’t only have our own pool to use in the home, we also had access to the community pools, which was great entertainment for the kiddos. The neighborhood is beautiful and so peaceful. It really looks like a staged neighborhood from a movie! This was an extremely beautiful and well maintained property. Pleasantly surprised on their modern interior decoration. It looked like a model home! The owners were responsive to all of our questions and were helpful with the process of checking in. A special shout out to Rob, who was so helpful, friendly and attentive. I can’t wait to book again!
