The house was clean and fairly well stocked. The kitchen had all the bowls and utensils that I like to have in a kitchen (some rentals are horribly stocked with random dishes that should have been donated years ago). All in all, we had a good stay and no big complaints.

We loved our stay at this house in Hurricane! The location was perfect for our needs of visiting surrounding national parks and having outdoor adventures, making this a perfect central location. The pool was wonderful and we used it daily, definitely the highlight of this house. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, and we felt we could celebrate while not disturbing others. There were a few things that brought the rating down from 5 stars to 4. The dishwasher doesn't work well. The refrigerator was too warm for food safety. Outdoor seating and lounge chairs need replacing as they are falling apart. Rules stated to not use comforters or decorative towels, which we found odd. The rules also stated not to turn the a/c too low in the summer or the heat too high in the winter. Seeing as people are on "vacation" when they use a VRBO rental, they should be able to be comfortable on their vacation and have the air at whatever suits their comfort. One solution I see is to raise the price just a bit to help cover those utility costs, as this is already a very affordable rental. Also, the house was definitely clean, but not exceptionally clean, which was fine for our purposes.All in all, we loved this house, the layout, the comfortable living room, and the pool! Great communication of the host, great neighborhood, and a great place to stay!

Amazingly beautiful home

The check in process was so easy. Management was great to deal with and were available for even the smallest of issues. The house was beautiful and spacious. Our party of 3 adults, 2 teens, and1 child fit very comfortably in this home, with space to spare. The pool was fantastic and a huge hit with our family. We will be back again soon.

Trip to Zion National Park

This was our last stop in a week-long trip to several UT National Parks. It is close to Zion yet in a very quiet neighborhood. As we wrapped up our adventures in Zion, we appreciated the pool at the end of the day as well as the closeness of a grocery store, and River Rock Roasting (a must stop for treats and coffee)! We had more than enough bedrooms with 2 couples and a single, and were glad to have 3 bathrooms for ease of getting everyone up and out in the morning. On departure day, it was plenty close to St. George airport (25 minutes).

Utah Family Vacation 2025

Our stay was perfect, from making our reservations to check-in/check-out, the process was so easy. Homeowners responded to all our questions quickly. This home is in a great location in the middle of St. George and Zion National Park. There is so much to see and do, one of the neighbors even recommended us a great spot to see, Snow Canyon! Our grandkids had the best time during our week stay as well as the adults and having a home vs. a hotel was so much better! This home is as advertised, clean, well stocked, comfortable, and the heated pool was a hit! We all thoroughly enjoyed our time in Utah! It is beautiful!

Perfect

This turned out to be the best decision for our family. It proved to be perfect for the soccer tournament we were attending. We were able to relax and enjoy ourselves in a way that a hotel couldn't provide. Communication was great.

Perfect for Zion

The house was as described and an ideal location not too far from Zion. It was spacious and the kitchen had more items than many rental places. We had difficulty with the front door lock, but the host was responsive and we were able to access the house via the garage.

Perfect home away from home

2 nd time renting this home perfect for us had two master bed rooms. Enough room for everyone. We didn't use the pool this time around but first stay did and everything was perfect! Would definitely recommend this home. Communication is very good and location of this home perfect!

Great House, Fun Pool

Great house for 6 adults and 4 children. The garage made loading and unloading the cars really easy and was a nice drop off point for gear after hiking and camping. Great option if you are visiting Zion NP or just want to relax at the house. The pool was a lot of fun for the kids, just be aware it gets bathtub warm over the summer (beginning of Aug for our visit) because of the pool cover. The motorized pool cover completely seals off the pool, which was a little piece of mind with three kids 4 y.o. and under. The owner also let us check-in an hour early because we arrived earlier than expected, which was very helpful. An all around great experience.

Great place to stay near Zion

The house were perfectly for our family of 6! We loved having a pool to come back to in the evenings and the house had everything we needed. Would recommend staying here for any trips to SW Utah, we thoroughly enjoyed our time here!

Great house for families!

Clean, comfy, and conveniently located! We were a group of 9, with 5 of those being teen boys. Spent 2 days hiking Zion and this was a great place to relax and unwind after long, hot days. The kids got eight into the pool after hiking and we all had plenty of room.

Better than other Vrbo rentals

Beyond expectations. House was stock very nicely compare to other Vrbo rentals we've had in the past. The house had everything we needed from the littlest details such as sandwich bag to all the different kitchen cookware including slow cooker. This helped us pack lunch daily to our Zion hikes and had dinner ready in the slow cooker upon our return to the house. The pool was a hit and we used it daily upon returning to the house after a long day of hiking.
