The Main House:

Step into the heart of luxury with our Main House, boasting 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and soaring 12-foot ceilings. A spacious 3-car garage with 14-foot ceilings ensures your prized vehicles have a home as impressive as your surroundings. The open concept kitchen is a gourmet's dream, featuring top-of-the-line appliances imported from Italy, premium finishes, and a comprehensive collection of cookware and dishes. It's the perfect place to prepare memorable meals and gather with loved ones.

The living room is a masterpiece in itself, adorned with high-end art, a cozy gas fireplace, and enormous windows that frame stunning mountain vistas. A sprawling TV invites you to unwind in style. In addition, a laundry room adds convenience to your stay.

The Main House Bedrooms:

The Guest House:

Your retreat ALSO includes a detached Guest House, complete with its own fully equipped kitchen featuring an electric stove and a high-end fridge with a sphere ice cube maker. The open living room space features a large TV and a pull-out couch for extra guests. A separate laundry room in the Guest House ensures you have all the amenities you need.

The Guest House offers:

- Bedroom 4: This room exudes elegance with custom lighting, a queen bed, an en-suite bathroom, a walk-in closet, and doors leading to a patio near the putting green.

- Bedroom 5: A delight for kids, this room features bunk beds, its own TV, and an array of fun books, creating a playful atmosphere for young guests.

*** IMPORTANT POOL HEATING INFORMATION ***

The cost of heating the POOL at this property is not included in the nightly rates. After you book the unit, please notify our team if you want to heat the pool or have any questions about pool heating. Heat requests for the pool must be made 48 hours in advance to your check-in.

We do not heat the pool during the months of May-September.

The cost to heat the POOL from October-November is $100 a night, from December-February is $150 a night and from March-April is $100 a night. We set the system to heat to 80 degrees.

There is no additional fee to heat the spa, but please be aware that the hot tub is not heated on demand and usually takes about 45 minutes to reach the desired temperature. Also, please refrain from modifying the pool schedules, as any changes made will incur a $100 reprogramming fee.

If we notice the pool heat is set to anything over 80 degrees, you will be charged an additional $200 per night it is heated past 80.

Finally, we kindly ask that you do not alter or modify our pool schedules as they are set for specific reasons. Any changes made to these schedules will result in a $100 fee to cover the cost of reprogramming the pool systems and ensuring they are functioning correctly.
