You’ll have a front row seat to all the action with a stay at Owen’s Landing, a 3-bedroom condo ideal for a friend or family retreat and soon to be your new favorite home away from home.



Stay at one resort and play at both! Whether you booked your vacation at one of our brand-new Terra Resort Properties or one of our beautiful Coral Springs Resort condos, enjoy amenities at both resorts that are within walking distance! At the Terra Resort enjoy a brand-new waterslide, lazy river, and giant hot tub! At the Coral Springs Resort, enjoy a heated outdoor pool and hot tub, an indoor pool and hot tub, tennis court, half basketball court, full work out facility, and club house!



The home’s modern interior is a welcome contrast to it’s more rugged surroundings, where bright and open spaces promote relaxation and connection with loved ones. Sink into the plush sofa and loveseat in the living room while you stream all your favorite series and movies on the smart TV, the fireplace providing a cozy ambiance in the cooler months. Steps away, the stylish kitchen showcases stainless steel appliances, glossy stone counters, and plentiful cabinetry stocked with cookware and dining ware. Enjoy meals together at the formal table with seating for 6 or head out onto the balcony to soak in the fresh air with a meal al fresco at the table for 4.



This home comfortably sleeps 10 guests between 3 private bedrooms.



Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, smart TV, balcony, and ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity, soaking tub, and walk-in shower.



Bedroom #2 includes a King size bed and smart TV.



Bedroom #3 includes a full-over-full bunk bed and a queen bed and a smart TV.



The home also includes an additional full guest bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.



THINGS TO NOTE:

***This unit is on the 2nd floor and requires stairs. There is NO ELEVATOR***

• Washer and dryer in home.

• Underground parking for 2 vehicles in space #2 (this is a tandem space where two cars fit bumper to bumper).

• This home is equipped with one (1) external Ring security camera, located on the front door and actively monitoring the entrance and a portion of the deck.



A stone’s throw from the Red Cliffs National Conservation area and within close proximity to several national parks and recreational areas, it’s a nature enthusiast’s dream escape. Nearby, Sand Hollow State Park offers a mix of sandy beaches, clear blue waters, and striking red sandstone formations, an ideal spot for boating, fishing, swimming, and off-road exploration. Even closer, Quail Street State Park offers exciting adventures by way of boating, paddleboarding, wakeboarding, and even a water obstacle course. When you’re ready to venture even further beyond this community, the cities of Washington and St. George, less than 15 minutes away, offer up even more destinations for exploration with the combined urban features of shopping, dining, and nightlife.



Southern Utah is a popular destination for year-round recreation and its major parks including Zion National Park, Snow Canyon State Park, and Red Cliffs National Conservation Area. You are close to all manner of outdoor adventures including numerous hiking and biking trails, beautiful lakes, and parks. The area is known for dozens of golf courses including highly rated Entrada at Snow Canyon where the greens are surrounded by red rock views. Relax at renowned spa resorts or take in a show at the nationally acclaimed Tuacahn Amphitheatre. Feeling Lucky, Las Vegas is within a quick 2-hour drive.



House Rules:

-This home is NOT pet friendly. Evidence of a pet during your stay will result in an additional cleaning fee applied to your method of payment.

-Quiet Hours: to be respectful of others around you, from 10pm-8am loud noises/activities will be discouraged. Disruptions to others from your stay, can force an early departure on your end.
