Winter Pool Heating Costs:
November - March has a $300 initial heating fee, plus an additional $50 for each night of your reservation.

Community Info - Here is the information on the Aerie Community and Parking. You may park in the garage, driveway, or around the back where there is room. The large additional Parking area is currently under development. There is no parking on the front street. Clubhouse/Community Pool hours are from 7 am-10 pm. The hot tub is heated year round. The two other pools are not being heated until the end of March. An exercise room is available. Garbage cans are emptied Thursday morning. Our on-site guys come around Wednesday evening and bring cans to the curb if the cans are not already out. Groceries and other supplies are at Walmart, which is 5 minutes east on SR9 at 3400 west or 15 minutes west on Telegraph St or I-15 south exit 10, as well as other locations around town. This beautiful European inspired community has 2 pickleball courts, a lap pool, swim pool, hot tub, grass fields, and hedges throughout. -> Ironbridge Estate is one of the only properties in Southern Utah designed specifically for large groups of 60+ guests. With 12 bedrooms, over 50 beds, and a great room with dining seating for 60+, this estate was built to bring people together—perfect for family reunions, retreats, celebrations, and group getaways.

These homes were perfect for our group of 60. We loved the indoor gym and other activities provided. They were right next to each other so it was easy to go back and forth between houses, the bunk rooms had double bathrooms, it a had great yard fir the kids to play in and a fun area just across the way the kids enjoyed as well. The tables in the eating area easily sat all of us. There was plenty of refrigerator and freezer space, 2 ovens and a perfect place for all of us to gather. We hope to return for another family reunion.

Stunning property with all the amenities! After a hard day of playing on the Utah rocks and sand this was the ultimate luxury base to come home to. Built with the renter in mind, there are ample bed and bath options and a very large group would easily have enough space and plenty of hot water too. Also many great lounge and activity areas on the property and the basketball court is awesome! The property is in a very nice development just a quick hop from Sand Hollow and other local attractions and Hurricane itself is perfectly situated to easily reach Bryce, Zion, Lake Powel and more as day trips!
