Entire 3/2 cottage-style home situated in a quaint friendly neighborhood with both the outdoor enthusiast and indoor homebody in mind. This home is steps from Downtown Madison Square’s food and shopping and a convenient jump to Huntsville. As a compliment to your stay, we are including full-access to Madison’s new 2-story Phaze3 fitness facility located just a mile away. This includes any group fitness class, sauna, lap pool, cardio and weight room area, cinema cardio, functional training, etc..
The space
This home is unique in that we offer indoor and outdoor living space for both the adventurer and homebody. After your workout, or day of fun in town, enjoy a rich glass of wine around a campfire under the stars, or grab a tall brewski and watch the game under the screened patio!

You will be awe’d by the newly remodeled open concept fully stocked kitchen and living area that just begs for mama’s homemade meals! Turn on the gas fireplace and cozy up to family-fun game nights or watch a movie on the large 4K Smart TV and indulge in some buttered popcorn and chocolates.

This home welcome’s traditions, family gatherings, holidays, game-days, campouts, kid-friendly activities, and most importantly the beginning of many wonderful memories. We promise you will never want to leave.

KITCHEN: fully equipped with gas stove, microwave, coffee station, toaster, fridge, dishwasher, pantry, peninsula that overlooks the living room, and a dinette that seats 6.

LAUNDRY: Washer and dryer, detergent and softener, iron, ironing board, stain remover liquid, and a hang drying station.

MASTER BEDROOM: New and comfortable king bed, large 4K Smart TV, dresser, nightstands, walk in Closet.

ADDITIONAL ROOM: New and comfortable queen bed, large 4K Smart TV, dresser, nightstands, closet

ADDITIONAL ROOM: New and comfortable twin beds dresser/ nightstand closet.

BATHROOMS: Fully stocked (hair dryers, towels, toilet paper, shampoo and conditioner, body wash etc..)

OUTDOOR AREA: Fire pit (let us know ahead if you plan to use and we will provide wood), screened patio, large deck, concrete patio, saucer swing, gas grill, ample amount of lighting.

Other things to note
With Covid-19 still running rampant through our society, health and safety will always be our number 1 priority. We take extra needed steps to sanitize all commonly touched surfaces. We also periodically run ozone machines between guest stays which help sterilize air, fabrics, walls, and ceilings ridding atmospheric contaminates.

Due to many pet-allergies, we feel it is safer for our guest to stay in a home that ONLY allow’s hypoallergenic pets (non-shedding). So, four legged non-shedding friends are welcome.

We are very accommodating host. If there is anything additional you need while visiting, we will do our best to make it happen.
