Welcome to your dream Muskoka Spa getaway, where nature greets you with open arms. Our custom-built Farmhouse Spa exudes a resort-like ambiance, ensuring every moment is a luxurious escape.

As you step inside, grandeur unfolds with lofty ceilings, flooding the space with natural light. The forest beckons from every angle, inviting you to unwind. The living room is a sanctuary of comfort, boasting tall ceilings and a luxurious electric Napoleon fireplace, setting the stage for ultimate coziness. The bright, custom-designed kitchen is a haven for culinary enthusiasts and a large dining table ensures everyone is got the `good seat` while at the table.

The bedrooms, each exuding its unique charm, you`ll find your perfect haven. The primary bedroom, with its King bed, forest views, and access to the lanai, offers a serene retreat. Its private ensuite, complete with double sinks, luxury stand-up shower, and separate tub, pampers your senses.

Board games and a Smart Curved TV allowing you to log into your favorite streaming app!

Step outside, and you`ll find the heart of relaxation. A 12-foot wide door leads to the covered lanai, boasting resort-style seating and an oversized Napoleon BBQ. For cooler nights or rainy days, the lanai is equipped with a patio heater to keep you more comfortable.

Follow the resort pathway to our thermal experience, where you can cycle between the luxurious hot tub, Sauna, and Firepit over and over again. The Sauna is of Canadian Cedar and the electric heater is powered by a Lux Harvia Heater imported from Muurame, Finland, The Sauna is also equipped with panoramic sphere offering forest views while you indulge your senses from head to toe.

A smokeless firepit surrounded by Muskoka chairs completes this haven of tranquility.

Our enchanting location is a gateway to nature`s wonders, nestled on a tranquil cottage street just across from the majestic Muskoka River. A mere 250 meters down the road, our guests are granted access the River—swimming, kayaking, and even great fishing await in the embrace of these waters.

For those seeking the sun and sand, the scenic Port Sydney Beach is a mere 10-minute drive away, offering sun-soaked shores and boundless relaxation. Additionally, the renowned Arrowhead Provincial Park is within a 20-minute drive, beckoning with its picturesque landscapes and outdoor activities.

But that`s just the beginning—our region boasts countless lakes, lush forests, and inviting trails waiting to be explored. Regardless of the weather, Muskoka`s diverse offerings ensure there`s always something delightful to experience.

You can walk to the River access and access the nearby trails however you choose. if you are on private trails, please note that the land owners do not allow for Motocross Bikes. ATV`s are acceptable.

Commonly asked questions:

1. Early check in & Late check out
- We are happy to provide early check in and late check out whenever possible. However, we are only able to grant it based on availability closer to your stay. If we have another group checking in or out the same day as your stay, then unfortunately we will not be able to grant it as our cleaning team requires this time to turn over the cottage for all of our guests` safety.

2. Drinking water
- We have an extensive filtration system in place to allow for safe drinking water, however, we are on well water, and therefore water may differ in taste and smell from municipal water. We personally prefer to bring water bottles along with us.

3. BBQ
- We have a Napoleon LEX on the lanai (covered outdoor backyard porch) that is connected to central propane (no propane tanks required).

4. Location
- We are located in Port Sydney, 15 minute drive to Bracebridge, 20 minute drive to Downtown Huntsville
- Walmart 15 minutes away (Bracebridge)
- Firewood can be purchased from gas station (Smith`s Ultramar is closest - 10 minutes) or David`s General Store (10 minutes)

Please treat our cottage as you would your own home. Violation of the house rules could result in immediate termination of your stay without refund.

No events or parties.

Maximum 8 guests, including children. Infants under the age of 2 years old, do not count in guest maximum. Any additional unauthorized guests will result in a termination of the reservation without refund. Maximum capacity is strictly followed for insurance purposes. Exterior cameras are present on front and rear of home.

No unregistered guests or visitors allowed at any time.

No loud or excessive noise at any time. Loud noise refers to any noise that would cause anyone to complain. Quiet hours start at 9PM as per local by law. Excessive noise if reported to the police will result in a fine up to $5000 dollars that might be issued immediately to the occupants of the offending unit by the police according to the noise by-law.

No smoking, vaping, cannabis, or cigarettes inside of the house or covered front or back porch. $500 minimum charge will apply for any smoking inside of the house.

No fireworks at any time regardless of holidays.

We are on a septic, only flush human waste and toilet paper.

You must follow check out instructions. Additional cleaning fees may be added if check out instructions are not followed.

Do not eat or drink in the hot tub or sauna. Water is acceptable and encouraged.
Please close hot tub cover when not in use.
If hot tub water must be replaced due to excessive contamination, $400 fee will be applied.
Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.

Firepit must not be left unattended.

No shoes inside of the house. Please leave the home the way that you found it, tidy, and the furniture in its original position, including indoor and outdoor.

Do not litter on the property.

No videography or photography for professional purposes without the host’s consent.

Please report any damages / breakages in a reasonably and timely manner.

Additional charges:
$200 charge will apply per extra guest per night than listed on reservation.
$100 charge per pet per night if authorized.
