Top of the line full size washer and dryer. This new kitchen is completely outfitted with anything you might need to prepare whatever you heart desires., just add groceries!
The kitchen’s new counter has four bar stools for ease of dining. The large built in wall unit has a nice size pantry.
The living area has all new furniture. These furnishings were purchased with comfort in mind. The two leather chairs with foot stools are some of the most comfortable chairs you will try, and you will want to curl up on this nice deep couch and read a book or watch a movie on one of the condos three HD TV’s. There is a beautiful marble gas fireplace with glass rock. The living room also has our game cabinet. Loaded with lots of games for adults and children, including everything you might need for a fun casino night. Opening the front door and sliding door allows a beautiful ocean breeze to flow through the unit. There is no need for air conditioning with ceiling fans in all the rooms and the great ocean breeze. The patios, both front and back have two Adirondack chairs. A great view of the complex and peek-a-boo view of the ocean from the back patio.
The large master suite has a new bed with king size Tempur-pedic firm mattress with cooling mattress cover. The night stands have USB ports and the headboard has additional outlets. Beautiful blown glass reading lamps on each side of the bed and a large HDTV with sound bar is located on a swing arm at the end of the bed. Under the bed are drawers with extra sheets and blankets. There's is large walk in closet with a great full length mirror built into the door. The master bath has a beautiful shower with a rain forest shower head, double bowl sinks and separate commode room. Extra towels and wash cloths are under the sinks.
The smaller suite features a queen size Murphy Bed with new deep memory foam mattress, very comfy! This room has a small closet added into the beautiful built in, lighted, library shelves. The library shelves have loads of great books for your reading pleasure. There is a HDTV mounted on the wall at the end of the bed. The attached bathroom has a beautiful shower with large round shower head. There is a beautiful marble bowl sink, with a commode separated by a small pony wall. A folding screen is supplied for more privacy if preferred. The linen cupboard is located next to the sink and contains extra towels, and wash cloths as well as sheets for the bed and beach towels. Bluetooth Stero fan in both showers. Hair dryers in both bathrooms.
The entire unit features blown Marano Glass light fixtures, Koa Wood style, tile and carpeted floors, and beautiful glass panel doors.
Extras include beach chairs, beach towels, coolers, boogie board, some toys, grocery cart, pack-n-play. Surf board is decor only.
The unit has two private parking spots behind locked gates and two parking passes. The complex pool is heated year round and the pool area features a bar-b-que, sauna, spa and bathrooms.
