There are plenty of fun board games, 7 beach chairs and two beach umbrellas . Bedroom 1 has a queen sized bed with a seating area for 2 to enjoy the ocean view from the window. Bedroom 2 has a day bed with a twin mattress and a roll out twin bed below it. There is also an additional twin XL bed . There is a bonus work desk at the top of the stairs with great ocean and sunset views while your working from home. Downstairs has large flat screen TV including spectrum cable, an electric LED fireplace , dining table and great kitchen. Great WiFi throughout. Comes with a designated parking spot for the renter conveniently located below in the gated parking garage. A few flights of stairs and your home. Plenty of guest parking. The pool is ocean front and there is also a private BBQ area and sand fire pits. No smoking or pets allowed. Proper ID and signed rental agreement required prior to check in.
Available for minimum 31 day rentals up to 12 months. Maximum amount of 3 people. Minimum age for children is 13.
