We had a fantastic stay at this beach house. The location couldn’t have been better — steps from the beach and very close to great shopping and restaurants. The house was exactly as pictured, clean, comfortable, and well maintained. There was plenty of space for all four couples to spread out and still gather comfortably in the common areas. It was the perfect setup for a relaxing and enjoyable stay, and we wouldn’t hesitate to book it again.

The location was perfect for a walk to downtown and HB Pier. It was a beautiful home with anything you could possibly need for your visit. It was a bit chilly during our visit so we couldn’t utilize the outdoor facilities but during nice weather, they would be perfect. The host was super friendly and responsive during our visit. Would definitely recommend this home to anyone visiting Orange County.

The best feature of the house is its location. Close to the beach, pier, restaurants. The house itself is beautifully appointed and very clean. The kitchen is well equipped if you want to prepare a meal. The first night we encountered rain and strong wind causing gates and patio furniture slamming around making a lot of noise interfering our sleep. A phone call to Milan the next morning and everything was promptly taken care of. Thank you for a smooth and pleasant stay. Highly recommended.

This home is one of the closest houses to the beach, restaurants & shops! Steps away from Sanchos, 602Coffee house and Angry Al’s. The food did not disappoint. The front courtyard was adorable and our family enjoyed sitting there with the fire pit in the evening. The house was so clean and spacious. Loved that we had a washer and dryer available to wash our clothes and towels when needed. The garage was clean and they also have ample parking behind the garage. They have several beach chairs and boogie boards for use. Also, a huge dining room table! This home is perfect for a large family. Wi-fi worked perfectly for all of us. Which is great because my husband had to work from the home and he didn’t have any issues. A few nights we walked around Main Street which is one block away and my husband and I enjoyed waking up early and taking a walk along the coast. The host was quick to reply and was super helpful!! My family enjoyed this house. This home is in a great location right near the beach and very close to main street. Would definitely stay here again. We love the farmers market Huntington beach holds every Tuesday.

Location, location, location. This is a great spot and Mailan was a great host - responsive, easy to communicate with!! It was nice that the house was well-equipped with kitchen and bathroom essentials. The beach chairs were great! It would be a bonus to have a couple of bikes on site. A few house updates/improvements would make it a 5-star.

Great vacation house

Was a family vacation for 6 adults. The house had a perfect location! It was four houses from the beach. The kitchen had everything we needed for dinner even a bbq. It was so helpful to borrow the beach chairs for the quick walk to the beach. The house was clean and spacious. Will visit again!

Family Reunion

This house was perfect for our needs. We have a large family and there was room to spread out. The location and views were amazing. My family who live in Huntington Beach were able walk over or drive a short distance to get to us. We got together for group dinners and enjoyed each other’s company. We had a wonderful time and will be back.

Perfect location!! Right across from the beach, use the crosswalk and you’re there! The house was just as advertised! Clean, fully loaded with beach chairs, boogie boards, and tons of beach towels. It also came with an extra air mattress (full size), extra beddings, pillows, and clean towels!! Everything functioned as it should, and there are clear, detailed instructions with pictures throughout the house. What I love most is the rooftop with the fireplace and seating to hang out and take in the ocean’s breeze. A plus was that the host didn’t ask us to strip the beddings and start the laundry like the others. We simply cleaned up our mess and started the dishwasher before we left. One thing I wish were better is that the pull-out mattress needed to be upgraded, as the normal wear and tear of the mattress had no support. Definitely will book again!! :) Thank you for all the effort and care you’ve put into this property to ensure we have a comfortable stay.

Stop Hesitating - Book This Now!

We had such a great stay! The house was beautiful, spotless, and exactly as described. Instructions from the host were super clear and easy to follow. Any time I had a question or needed clarification, Mailan responded right away and was so helpful. I hosted my graduation party here, and my friends and family had the best time. It was the perfect space to celebrate such a special milestone. Highly recommend!

A memorable long weekend

This property is great! We had a group of six in this house and a group of six in a nearby house but staged mostly out of this house. There was plenty of room for everyone. Great Location, easy walk downtown, close to everything. You won't be disappointed!
