We want your vacation rental experience to be memorable and convenient. Keeping a comfortable and clean property is what is most important to us. We will be available anytime via messenger to answer any questions or concerns.
We take the approach of being hands off on the property unless needed - we want you to feel like you have the home all to yourself!
Located near Pacific City, Beach/Main Street, and the Pier
All entertainment is within walking distance of the unit. If public transportation is needed, there is a bus stop within walking distance.
Best way to get around is to park on property and then walk the remainder of your stay!
-Quiet time 10pm-7am
-Pets accepted upon request - $25/night (Please notify me at time of booking)
-No parties or events (Subject to being asked to leave unit with no refund)
-Lost parking permit = $100
-No more guests than specified in listing
-All outdoor activity at this ends at 10pm for respect to the neighbors
CREDIT CARD PROCESSING FEES Note: When making a reservation through our website or when using credit card payment there is a 4-6% credit card processing charge that is paid to Stripe (the credit card processing company). If AT ANY TIME there is a cancellation, the 4-6% charge is not refunded.
DAMAGE PROTECTION
