LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!!! This Huntington Beach home with central AC is set in a very desirable location...right smack in the heart of Huntington Beach! It is barely 2 blocks to the beach, the famous Huntington Beach Pier, Huntington Beach Main Street with all its outdoor shops, coffee shops, nightlife and restaurants and Pacific City, a new luxury shopping center with excellent outdoor dining. You can literally walk to a different restaurant every night.

It is a coastal beauty which is nicely furnished with ocean views from the front patio, master bedroom and the sundeck up on the rooftop. Relax and enjoy the cool coastal breezes, sunbathe and catch the warm sun rays all day long and rejuvenate on the rooftop deck complete with plush furniture and lounge chairs. Once the sun sets, come and sit around a gas fire pit on the front patio perfect to wind down the evening and people watch.

OUR HOME
Typical downtown Huntington Beach house, long, tall and slender. A total of 2200 square feet, 2 stories with 4 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. All bedrooms are on the 2nd floor, leaving the ground floor to very spacious living areas

Fire pit surrounded by cozy sofas and lounging chairs perfect for visiting or just relaxing after a full day of exploring

COURTYARD
Right off the kitchen in the middle of the property is an indoor courtyard with an outdoor large dining table, a built-in barbecue, and a smoker (egg).

GARAGE
2 car garage with space for two cars side by side and another vehicle parked perpendicular outside the garage. On street parking is available on the side of the home for a fee as it is on a corner lot.

PATIOS/ROOFTOP DECK
There are 2 master bedrooms on the 2nd floor complete with balconies and sitting chairs to relax and sit with your morning coffee to enjoy the views of the Pacific Ocean, the beach and the clear blue Huntington Beach skies.
To top it all off, the rooftop deck offers expansive views of Huntington Beach, perfect to soak on the warm rays of the sun as well as watch the sun set.

LIVING AREAS
This upscale home features hardwood floors throughout. The main downstairs living area includes a 75` flat screen TV, ideal for watching the game or shows on Hulu or Netflix. It is complete with a fireplace for a relaxing, quiet and cozy night as well. It is equipped with a Blu-ray player for a movie night with the family. (Login to own streaming apps on Smart TV)

KITCHEN AND DINING
The spacious and modern kitchen is perfect for the chef in your group. Prepare culinary delights on the modern stainless steel appliances and gas range available for you to use. Our kitchen is fully stocked and complete with pots and pans as well as various china and cutlery to serve you and your entire group. Wine glasses are available for the wine enthusiasts in your group.

BED AND BATH
Your overall wellness and relaxation are our utmost aim during your stay. Our home sleeps 8 adults between the 4 bedrooms. We have air mattresses available upon request for the kids.
There are 2 luxe master suites, one in front and the other in the rear of the home, with queen beds each. They come with private balconies with sitting chairs. The suites are provided with HEPA filters and Alexa-equipped devices to provide maximum comfort of our guests. Attached are designer spa bathrooms with stand-alone soaker bathtubs and glass enclosed showers with rain shower heads and hand held wands, ideal after a nice long day at the beach. Aromatherapy soy candles and a bath kit are provided for each bathroom for the ultimate spa-like experience. Luxurious bath towels and robes are also provided for you to use during your stay.
There are 2 secondary bedrooms along the hallway with full beds for your additional guests. These bedrooms share a bathroom.
An additional half bath is found on the main floor for extra convenience.
All bedrooms are equipped with flat screen Smart TVs and Alexa devices

EXTRA AMENITIES
Guest amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, beach gear and bicycles. Bicycles are available to use as well to explore what Huntington Beach has to offer. Beach gears and boogie boards are free to use with no additional charge. Beach towels, beach umbrellas and chairs and a cart to carry all the beach necessities are available for extra convenience

Guests will have access to the full home, garage, and outdoor spaces

We want your vacation rental experience to be memorable and convenient. Keeping a comfortable and clean property is what is most important to us. We will be available anytime via Airbnb messenger to answer any questions or concerns.
We take the approach of being hands off on the property unless needed - we want you to feel like you have the home all to yourself!

CREDIT CARD PROCESSING FEES
Note: When making a reservation through out website or when using credit card payment there is a 4-6% credit card processing charge that is paid to Stripe (the credit card processing company). If AT ANY TIME there is a cancellation, the 4-6% charge is not refunded.

DAMAGE PROTECTION
The extra charge listed as “Waivo Insurance” on your reservation covers accidental damage in the home within a certain limit. If something happens or breaks during your stay please let us know immediately so we can file a claim.
Note: This amount only covers a 10 day or less stay. If you are staying longer than 10 days we will request the difference in amount for coverage.

MARRIOTT GUESTS -- You are not charged a Waivo Fee. You will be asked to upload your credit card information to the reservation upon booking, this will act as the card on file (similar to hotels) in case any damages occur during your stay.
