Just over an hour from Christchurch and five minutes from Ashburton, this gorgeous location has direct open water lakefront access. With the perfect combination of relaxation, activities, and family-friendly spaces, our 4 bedroom Lake Hood home is designed with families in mind. Key features include:

- Main living area looks straight to out to the lake, with two sets of large double doors leading straight out to the deck and lake.
- A second living areas allow children their own space to play and relax.
- Separate bar area with a dedicated bar fridge for drinks and snacks.
- The kitchen is fully equipped, with gas hobs, full oven and basic food supplies provided (oil, salt, pepper, and sugar).
- Private jetty allows you to enjoy direct access to the lake, part your boat or jetski right out the front
- TVs in both living areas and the main bedroom
- Two air-conditioning units keep will help keep you warm (or cool)

- This property is not fenced, so may not be suitable for small children. Booking is at your own discretion
- The home is in a quiet neighbourhood, and we like our neighbours, so no large party style bookings will be accepted.
- There have been instances of algae in at Lake Hood in the past. Please note that this is beyond our control, and refunds cannot be provided in such instances.
