Great stay. The location and amenities were well above standard of the area. We would have done better planning more activities around the Penthouse property. Perfect for independent long term activities like writing, planning, and completing projects. Very quiet, peaceful, and attentive to issues.

Sliding door to the balcony needs attention. Some easy fixers would be good, such as curtains were torn, sliding door to walk-in closet was very hard to move. Otherwise the stay went smooth and the people at surfside helped a lot and were very attentive upon arrival.

Our stay in Palmas Del Mar

We loved the community and had fun using the golf cart to get around. We rented it from the nearby Wyndham (carts4you) and paid about 100 per day. The accommodations were as described. The furnishings could be a bit better and the rooftop had a glorious view, but was sloppily painted and only cheap white plastic chairs provided. We loved the view and the access to the beach.

Palmas del Mar April 2023

The condo was very nice, we especially enjoyed spending time on the balcony. Check in and out was easy and quick. We rented a golf cart so the teens could go off on their on, which they really enjoyed. There are chairs in the main grassy area that an attendant will unlock and take to the beach for you. Lots of restaurants and a small store, which was very convenient. Only drawback to the location was all the seaweed in the ocean. However, this seems to be many places these days. Overall, the stay was great and I would recommend the Palmas del Mar Community.

Gorgeous Property - Wonderful Support

Due to airline difficulties, we had two instances where we needed to talk to the property to change the dates of our stay and they were incredibly responsive, friendly and accommodating. They even secured pool towels for us to use when we were in between villas :-). The villa was extremely clean and well appointed, the beds were comfortable, and the air conditioning worked very well. The views were amazing and the location with both beach and pool access right outside the door were perfect for our young family.

Close to the beach, beautiful views, balcony and rooftop were terrific, unit was spotless and very well-kept. Appliances are up to date and easy to use. Air conditioning workers very well. Plenty of room for everyone. Would stay there again.
