Mon appartement est un petit coin de paradis! Il n'est littĂ©ralement qu'Ă  quelques pas de la plage! La chambre et le salon ont tous deux une vue magnifique et s'ouvrent sur le porche. Le porche a un comptoir sur toute sa longueur oĂč nous mangeons la plupart de nos repas en Ă©coutant le flux et le reflux de la marĂ©e et en regardant les vagues s'Ă©craser, les pĂ©licans plongent pour les poissons et les iguanes grimpent sur les palmiers. Nous nous Ă©merveillons devant les surfeurs occasionnels, les kitesurfeurs et les vĂ©liplanchistes qui survolent les vagues. La nuit, la lune brille sur l'eau crĂ©ant un effet argent liquide qui est magnifique! Il est situĂ© au 2Ăšme Ă©tage d'un petit immeuble de 3 Ă©tages et est trĂšs privĂ©. Il y a 1 chambre principale, mais 6 Ă  7 personnes peuvent facilement dormir trĂšs confortablement dans le grenier / l'entrĂ©e et sur l'Ă©norme canapĂ© du salon en U. Il y a 2 grandes tĂ©lĂ©visions intelligentes avec barres de son, 2 vĂ©los / casques / pompes Ă  air, beaucoup de chaises de plage et serviettes de plage, et une cuisine entiĂšrement Ă©quipĂ©e. L'appartement est Ă  vous pendant votre sĂ©jour. Il y a une piscine pour les membres du village de la plage Ă  laquelle vous aurez accĂšs Ă  2 minutes Ă  pied de votre porte. Le Palmas Del Mar Resort est une communautĂ© fermĂ©e oĂč de nombreux Portoricains Ă  succĂšs vivent ou ont un lieu de week-end, oĂč de nombreuses personnes des États choisissent de vivre et de prendre leur retraite ou de travailler Ă  distance et oĂč de nombreux touristes viennent se dĂ©tendre et explorer la belle Ăźle. La station a plusieurs restaurants, une Ă©picerie, 2 terrains de golf, un centre de tennis, un centre de fitness, un country club, de nombreuses piscines (dont une dont vous aurez la clĂ©) et une belle plage! Vous descendez les marches de l'appartement et vous ĂȘtes Ă  la plage!

It was wonderful to be directly on the beach! The host is very truthful about the condition of the apartment due to the weather and salt air. I’m not sure how it could sleep 6, and the small side room is very very small. The king sized bed was wonderfully comfortable. There are plenty of beach towels, exercise equipment, and chairs. Beach time and proximity were our goals, and that was wonderful.

Lisa is a genuine superstar host - excellent communication, easy check in and out, very accommodating and provided excellent restaurant recommendations. Lisa’s condo is gorgeous, with a large comfortable couch and million dollar view of the ocean in all its glory. Love it, I will be back.

Wonderful stay! We spent a week here with our family of 4 - two teenage boys, and it was the perfect home base to start and end each day. We loved exploring Luquillo and Seven Seas beaches, hiking in El Yunque National Forest, visiting San Juan, and discovering the areas in between. It was nice to be outside the city and really experience the people and the island in a gated community loaded with amenities. PLUS: you can walk to the beach just outside your door. Lisa is a gem—warm, welcoming, and always available to answer any questions. The outdoor veranda was our favorite spot for morning coffee at sunrise and evening sunsets. She went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay.This was our first trip to Puerto Rico, and it definitely won’t be our last!

Exactly as pictured. Loved the deck for morning coffee and evening cocktails. It was summer, so we expected the sargassum to be present, not something the owner has any control over. Perfect size for 2 and we enjoyed the area and amenities.

Couldn't be any closer to the beach than with this wonderful ocean-front unit! We enjoyed the views and ocean breeze from the patio, and slept with the doors open every night. While there were few insects in this area, we liked having screens in the doors and windows just in case. The kitchen was well-equipped, and it was nice that there was a toaster oven--since there's no regular oven... We also took advantage of the nice quiet pool area. Finally, having two bikes to use during our stay was an extra bonus! We'll be back!

Gorgeous View!

Lisa was an amazing host, extremely responsive and helpful; she even helped me with coordinating my surprise vow renewal! The condo was exactly as listed, spacious with everything you may need. The view is the most gorgeous I’ve ever seen, better than a postcard! The resort area was lovely with many things to explore. I would definitely recommend this rental!

Great location with lots of extras!

This property is located in a very nice gated community. It is on the beach and a very short walk to the pool. A short walk down a beach path and you are at the plaza. The owner supplies plenty of soaps including shampoo and conditioner! There were beach chair's, a cabana, a boogie board, beach toy's, and plenty of beach towels for us to use. We enjoyed pizzellas pizza and the frozen yogurt place at the plaza. The market is pricey but does have essentials if needed. We cooked most of our meals and the pans and tools necessary were all in the condo. The community(like the rest of the island)does lose power frequently, for only short amounts of time, but I want to note this because it is wise to only buy a couple days of perishables at a time. The walmart is close(10 minutes)to stop on your travels and grab essentials for meals. The view from the deck,and the sound of the waves at night, were our favorite features of this property. There are so many things to see and do in Peurto Rico that we will be planning another trip to see more of what we missed. Just outside of the gated community there is a shipping container coffee and breakfast shop. Ohana Jireh Coffee Shop. Its Cash only but was very good. The owners were very sweet and helped us decide what to order. The cappuccino was amazing. The owner of this property was super helpful,friendly,and check in was seamless.

Amazing Spot Right on a Private Beach

Great condo with everything we needed for a beach stay. The beach is steps away and we pretty much had it to ourselves. Our host provided lots of great information and made everything very easy.

Fabulous view

Amazing view from bedroom, living room, and deck. Lisa is a wonderful host. Great location. Can walk about a half mile to Palmanova Plaza along beach or on path through the woods. Palmas Del Mar is such a nice place to stay. Had several very good meals at restaurants in Palmas.

Fabulous spot

The view here is priceless. Spent ton of time on the porch and in the magnificent ocean and the bed is super comfy. Lisa was wonderful and helpful. You are walkable to 3-4 fab restaurants. This location can’t be beat and the beach has beautiful sand and the water is warm and clean and the waves are perfect for playing! We’ll be back for sure.

Overall, what a great place to stay! The condo is kept up well& it's very clean! Pictures are accurate, other than the abundance of seaweed that is on the beach. We were not able to swim or enjoy the beach due to excessive sea weed bloom- which is not the hosts fault. Other than that, We would definitely stay here again!

Million Dollar View

Stayed with my sisters and father for a father-daughter vacation as part of a 'bucket list gift to our dad. The location is gorgeous, Palmas Del Mar is quite a place, definitely felt 100% safe. The view is absolutely to die for. We traveled out of the community daily and it was a good home base for exploring. Sadly there was a lot of sargasso on the beach while we were there but it's not to be helped. We definitely recommended this condo.

great place & location

2nd floor with a wake up view of the sunrise each morning! Cup of coffee tasted better. Given its right on the beach, we only spent mornings & evenings there. perfect for a family of three. Lots of supplies for a long day at the beach - cooler, chairs, umbrellas. host was very responsive to all texts with questions we had.

Relaxing Family Getaway

We spent 4 nights here and had a great time. The property is steps from the beach and is located in a community with lots of options. Communication with the owner was great. We would stay here again when traveling to Eastern Puerto Rico. Thanks for opening your condo to us!

Wonderful place in great location!

Lisa’s apartment has everything you need! She’s was very attentive and responded quickly to any questions or concerns. The morning sunsets are gorgeous. Little touches like providing sunscreen, aloe, and suggestions on places to visit and eat were a bonus. We will definitely stay here again if we come back!
