Each cottage is designed with open-plan living in mind: you’ll find a lounge/dining/kitchenette area fitted with a widescreen TV, an electric fire, and space to relax together. Bedrooms are double occupancy, and each cottage has its own modern bathroom with a walk-in shower. Cottage 3 includes a whirlpool bath along with a separate shower, and Cottage 6 features a whirlpool bath (though without a separate shower).

To support group dynamics and shared activities, Cottage 3 is fitted with a large group dining kitchen capable of seating all twelve guests — ideal for communal meals or celebrations. Cottage 5 adds a recreational twist, featuring a games lounge complete with a pool table and a projector.

At the heart of the courtyard is a shared outdoor hot tub. The cottages do not interconnect internally, preserving privacy for each unit even while being part of a larger group setting. In terms of setting, the Courtyard is just about 100 metres from the on-site fishing lake, giving guests convenient access to angling as part of their stay. As part of Westfield Country Park, the Courtyard shares in the park’s broader amenities: the park itself spans roughly 37 acres of landscaped countryside close to the East Yorkshire coastline, and offers a quiet, natural backdrop.
