Very handy location close to the town.
Pros:All good
Very pleasant stay. The breakfasts were particularly good and replenished speedily.

Disappointing
This hotel seemed quite dated in places & could do with some refurbishing. The rooms were nothing special & the bed mattresses were a little soft for my liking. The bathroom was a bit shabby, but spacious. But the shower was old, with only lukewarm water even on the hottest setting. The cleanliness of the room was poor. My bed has been slept in already! So either it hasn't been changed since the last visitor or the cleaner had been having a little nap! The sheets were completely creased & there were black hairs in the bed & on the pillow! So we ended up having to move rooms, where luckily the bedding was clean. The manager was very helpful though & offered us a free return stay. So maybe our next stay will be better? Breakfast was average, I find the breakfast in premier inn hotels much superior than this. Overall quite disappinting & definitely the worst holiday inn I've stayed at.

Brilliant location & facilities.
Pros:Everything
Cons:Nothing
Location:Perfect for bars Eateries. Shopping. The deep and lovely views of the marina.
Excellent service. Lovely feeling of luxury all round fab place to stay.

Tired, dirty hotel
Stayed in an executive room, not sure what part of it was executive. Dirty cups and glasses. Dirt on the net curtains, black marks on the dressing gown that was left saying you could buy it if you wanted! Why would I buy a dirty dressing gown. TV channels not working. Hotel in general is tired and needs a refurb. Buffet is not fresh cooked, so lukewarm fried food
