If you want somewhere that is is in the middle of nowhere, this place is that place for you. There is no AC, but we had plenty of fans, although the handles to the windows didn't work so you had gaps where bugs could come in throughout the day/night. The one handle didn't work, so my husband had to remove all the screens to push out the windows. overall clean, but not enough items for the amount of people it states that it accommodates. Host did not respond right away and didn't leave another contact when she wasn't available. When she was able to respond, she responded quickly. Bring food with you because the closest towns to buy any groceries is at minimum 30-50 mins away. coffee pot/keurig provided but no coffee cups. Thankfully it got down to 50 at night and was very relaxing for sleeping. very quiet area. the others that rented or lived in the building were not disruptive at all. Local bar up the street but never went there and a post office if you want to mail anything. Dollar General is about 20-30 mins away so I bought a tin pan I was able to bake in the oven and left the others for those that came after me, so hoping it wasn't thrown away by the cleaning people. Bring your own paper towels or napkins because there was only 6 sheets left on the paper towel roll. Would I use this VRBO again, yes. Just needs to accommodate the amount it is rented for because of 2 sets of towels and a couch that would seat 3 and a chair for 1 and said that it sleeps 6.
