RESORT REGISTRATION & WAIVER:
You will need to be registered with the resort to access onsite amenities. You will receive instructions to complete registration and waiver via e-mail. Please follow the instructions to ensure you have access to all amenities when you arrive.

VEHICLE PARKING:
Parking at The Pointe is free for our guests.

TRAILER & BOAT PARKING:
Available through the resort at registration for additional fees.

BEACH TOWELS & CHAIRS:
We only provide bath towels so please remember to bring beach towels for the lake, pools, and hot tubs. You may also want to bring beach chairs to sit on the beach.

LOCATION:
Mariners Landing is a lakefront resort community with abundant amenities on Smith Mountain Lake. Onsite you have golfing, pro shop, indoor/outdoor pools, beaches, fishing piers, hot tubs, gym, physical therapy/exercise classes/massage, casual and fine dining, bars, convenience store, pickleball, tennis and boat rentals. If you feel like venturing out you are close to the Smith Mountain Lake State Park, various marinas and restaurants, wineries, breweries, distilleries, and much more. Roanoke, Lynchburg, and Peaks of Otter are within an hour’s drive.

The community has paved trails throughout for walking, running, and biking. The lake is ready with an onsite marina, boat launches, and beaches for you and your water toys.

We allow well-behaved pets weighing about 50 lbs or less with the following rules:

• Guests are responsible for their pets at all times during their stay and are responsible for any damage or additional cleaning fees caused by their pets
• Pets must be housebroken (no puppies!)
• Pets are not allowed on any furniture or beds
• Pets must be crated when unattended in the condo
• Please bring your pet`s crate, bed, food/water bowels, and towels (for wiping paws)
• Pet excrement shall be removed and disposed of properly
• Pets are only permitted on the beaches before 10am and after 8pm

- Only the registered number of guests and pets are allowed on the property.
