Welcome to Flip Flop Hideaway with all the conveniences you could need for a memorable family vacation.
Enjoy panoramic views from the deck and sunroom, which reveal Smith Mountain Lake`s nature filled woods and breathtaking lake views.
Comfortably furnished, the entry level has a roomy well-stocked kitchen, living room, sunroom and two Queen bedrooms that share two full baths. The third Queen bedroom is located on the lower level off the den with access to a full bath. The lower level also has a TV, a bar area, and secondary access to the patio, the path to the dock, beach, and fire pit.
Just a step out the door is a covered carport and large patio made for relaxing and getting away from the sun for a bit. This area leads to the deck with gas grill and outdoor dining tables.
Head on down to your private dock and float on a noodle while watching the comings and goings of sailboats and motor yachts. Bring your own boat or rent locally for a spectacular day of exploration along this beautiful stretch of shoreline. The swim ladder on the dock leading into the water makes an easy access point, as does the large sandy beach, a perfect area for kids to wade in from the shore while parents watch nearby.
For the fishing enthusiasts, you will find some of the best fishing in the state on Smith Mountain Lake. Bass, striper and sunfish can be caught right off the dock - no license required. If you prefer to fish offshore, Fishing Licenses can be purchased online, at most local stores, or at the Smith Mountain Lake State Park.

Pets Policy: Only dogs are allowed in approved pet-friendly homes with a paid fee. All pets must be leashed and under control at all times. Emotional support animals are not permitted unless explicitly authorized in writing with a fee.
No Parties or Events: The property is for residential use only. Parties, events, or loud gatherings are not permitted and may result in immediate eviction.
Quiet Hours: To maintain a peaceful environment, please keep noise levels to a minimum between 10 PM and 8 AM. Respect the neighborsâ right to quiet enjoyment.
Trash Disposal: Guests must remove all trash upon departure and dispose of it in the designated facility. The cleaning fee covers routine cleaning only and does not include additional cleanup.
Property Respect and Maintenance: Report any maintenance needs immediately to ensure a prompt resolution. Treat the home as your own; any damages or excessive mess may result in additional charges. Please return all furnishings to their original positions upon checkout.
