Family retreat at the Lake! Dock the boat, fish, jump, or swim from the dock.

Swim, boat, and relax while you stay at our 3 bedroom 2 bath home with a community pool view. The community offers a pool, beach area, fire pit, and dock area where you can fish or jump into the lake. Also, the community is next to Mitchell Point Marina, which has its own restaurant, ice cream shop, watersport, golf cart rental, and boat rental. The house is not lakefront, but we are a 3-minute walk to the community beach area and dock. Some amenities might be closed due to the season.
Things to know before booking;
Photo ID may be required at check-in
Any guest beyond the number listed on your itinerary will be charged a penalty of $100.00 per person per night. We reserve the right to terminate your stay without refund if you exceed the maximum occupancy which is (6 guests)
There is no smoking on the property. If smoking is identified, there will be a $500.00 deodorize fee applied to your final bill.
No pets allowed We have severe allergies (even to hypoallergenic pups), so we are unfortunately unable to make exceptions
No events, parties, or large gatherings
No fires on the property. The community offers a firepit. (Put out the fire after use).
No illegal activity of any kind is permitted. If identified the police & VRBO will be notified immediately and the guest will be asked to vacate the premises.
There is no daily housekeeping service.
This unit is privately owned; the homeowners are not responsible for any accident, injuries, or illness that occur while on-premises or in its facilities. The homeowner is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuable of the guest. By accepting this reservation it’s agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises.
