On the Entry-Level you can find a Bedroom with a Queen Size Bed, Full Bathroom, Living Area, Dining Area (Table seats 7), Fully Stocked Kitchen, and a Deck just off the Living Area.
The Upper-Level offers a Primary Bedroom Suite with a King Size Bed. Primary Bathroom has his/her sinks and a Bathtub/Shower Combo.
The Lower-Level offers a Bedroom with 2-Sets of Twin Size Bunkbeds, Living Area, Laundry Area, and a Full Bathroom. It Also Offers Some Board Games, Pac-Man Video Game, Corn Hole Boards, Sand Toys, and the Use of 4-Beach Chairs.
Townhome has Wi-Fi and Cable TV. There's a Gas Grill on the Deck. You will have the use of an assigned Floating Boat Slip, and the use of assigned Kayaks, at no extra charge. Please bring your own life jackets for Kayak use.
There is a security camera facing the front porch.
The Property Management Company is located within minutes of the Townhome. We have Staff On-Site daily as well as an After-Hours Phone Number for Emergencies.
All Sheets and Towels are Provided. Some Coffee and Small Toiletries are also Provided. Please be sure to bring your own Beach Towels!
NO Parties and absolutely NO Smoking is allowed!
Townhome is located close to the Smith Mountain Lake State Park. The State Park offers a Boat Ramp, Swimming Area, Seasonal Concession Stand, Walking Trails, and more!!!! You can have access to the public Golf Course (fees apply) and the Restaurants located inside the Mariners Landing Subdivision.
This Townhome is not part of the Mariners Landing Subdivision; therefore, amenity access is NOT available during your stay.
This Townhome is pet friendly! Please keep this is mind for anyone who may have allergies etc.
