Denmark Villas is a stylish place to stay is perfect for couples, families, and small group trips. Newly renovated to high standard. It is moments away from Hove station and church road. Church Rd is offering plenty of bars, clubs, cafes, quirky boutique shops. Head to the sea front in less than 10 minutes walk, or tale a trip into central Brighton in less than 15 minutes walk.

Denmark Villas itself is located in a quiet residential street, the property boasts a luxurious feel and has been newly decorated keeping the style bright and modern, whilst having comforts that make it a home away from home. The lounge has a large comfy sofa. The kitchen is a good size and fully equipped for home cooking for those nights in which you just want to stay home. The bathroom also has a big shower. There is comfy double bed and a King in the master. Luxury linen and towels is supplied for all guests during their stay. Your also blessed with an amazing private garden with outdoor dining area provided.
Travelling by car: The best way to explore Brighton is on foot, due to the central location of the property there is no local free parking. However, if you do choose to drive, the best place to park is hove station. Itâs on the Apcoa app. Itâs about ÂŁ7 a day and you can pay it in one go if you like. Itâs about 300 yards from the flat. Parking can also be found at Norton Road carpark BN3 3BE, 5 mins walk from the apartment.
Travelling by Train: The property is a short 5 minute walk from Hove station.
Getting Around : Due to the central location of the property the best way to explore Brighton & Hove is on foot. If you want to visit some of Brightons other attractions which may be a little further there are lots of buses to catch near Denmark Villas. We also have bike share in Brighton where you can hop on and off rented bikes.
Guests have the entire apartment to themselves for the duration of their stay.
There is a dehumidifier in the second bedroom at the property, we kindly ask that can guests leave the dehumidifier on at all times (the cleaners empty the water on each clean so you should not need to do this). As the flat is a basement flat, the dehumidifier assists in ensuring their is no moisture in the air.Â
In addition to this, we kindly ask that all guests leave the small left hand side window in the second bedroom slightly open at all times to allow for ventilation of the room.Â
Please Note : There is a ring doorbell installed at the property, located on the front door. This is to ensure no unauthorised guests enter the property and for guests safety.
Please note : This property is fitted with a noise aware device in the lounge. This device will inform us if the noise levels are deemed excessive and may cause disturbances. The devise will notify us immediately if activated.
For stays over 2 weeks, we arrange a mid-stay clean to keep the property fresh and comfortable. This will be charged separately, and weâll be in touch after booking to arrange this with you.
