1. No Smoking. Guest will be responsible for cost of remediation of cigarette smell and the cost of two nights at the average nightly rate if evidence of smoking inside the residence is found.
2. Unauthorized pets will result in a per night fine that is subject to the leasing office`s penalty rate (average $100 per night)
3. Unauthorized celebrations / events / parties will result in cancellation and forfeiture of all rents paid. No refunds.
4. Any fines imposed on the residence by the leasing office or the parcel pending packaging lockers that are due to actions / inactions by the guest(s) are passed on to the guest that placed the booking. See house manual for full list of leasing office rules.
5. Limit two visitors per guest in the pool.
6. Late checkouts that inconvenience the next arriving guest will result in a fine of the cost of an average night.
7. Any unreasonably difficult to clean messes left behind after checkout may result in deep cleaning fee.
8. Important: Depending on the platform you are booking this listing from, you may be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This will be true for booking platforms that don`t have damage protection policies built-in. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. You will be asked to pay a $35 damage waiver OR optionally make a deposit of $500 via third-party provider Truvi to protect up to $500 in case of accidental damage during your stay.
