A cozy town home located near the heart of Houston, Texas! It is close to Rice Village and Texas Medical Center. We welcome you here whether for eating and exploring, a lengthy hospital visit, or you’re medical workers.

Upon entering the home, you'll feel right at ease with its warm and inviting atmosphere. Enjoy R&R on the plethora of comfortable seating, experience zen energy in the string-lit back patio, engage in binge nights with the Smart TV, and have fun entertainment with board games.

This 3-story property is 3,000 sq. ft with 4 bedrooms, 5 beds and 2.5 bathrooms.

The townhome is connected to another townhome next to it. *PLEASE RESPECT THE NEIGHBORS BY NOT BEING LOUD DURING THE QUIET HOURS 11:00PM - 7:00AM. IF YOU VIOLATE THIS RULE, YOU WILL BE CHARGED A NON-NEGOTIABLE PENALTY FEE OF $1,000.00.*

Bedrooms
- The first bedroom has a Queen bed and lounge chair.
- The second has two Twin beds.
- The third is the Master bedroom with King bed, lounge chairs and an office desk.
- The fourth has a Queen bed and an office desk.
- TVs are wall-mounted in bedroom 1, Master’s, and 4.
- Books are included for those late-night reading sessions; each room has different types of books, so check them all out!

Bathrooms
- The 1/2 bathroom is on the first floor.
- The first and second bedrooms are connected to a Jack & Jill bathroom. There are two individual sinks, one bathtub, and one toilet.
- The Master en suite bathroom has a separate bathtub and walk-in shower, and a private toilet.
- All toilets are outfitted with Bidets.
- Each full bathroom has one closet. The Master's also has a walk-in closet as well. Each one has ample storage space.
- Extra towels and hair dryers are provided.

Living room
- Entry area has two chairs and two round Ottomans. Let this be your first stop to sit while comfortably taking off your shoes.
- Unwind over at the large grey sectional sofa with two side chairs.
- Use Smart TV for broadcast channels or log into your Netflix, Disney+, Hulu, Prime Video, Youtube or HBO Max account.
- Board games are on display and ready for play!

Patio
- Hangout on the Wicker chairs and Teak table.
- Forge memories underneath the dimmable string lights.

Kitchen
- Equipped with a variety of kitchen tools for everyday cooking and plenty of crockery and utensils. Huge cabinet space for storage.
- Fridge, gas-powered oven, microwave, slow-cooker, blender, and toaster.
- Keurig machine with a variety of flavor pods for the morning coffee brew.
- Inside pantry closet are a Swifter Sweeper, cleaning supplies, some snacks and drinks, and a fire extinguisher.
- First aid kits are inside the pantry closet and in every bedroom.

Laundry Room
- Separate washer and dryer machines are free to use. Detergent and dryer sheets offered.
- Ironing board with iron and steamer are included. Please be careful while using.

Monitor Devices
- There are no indoor cameras, only on the exterior. RING floodlights with camera is located in front of the home overlooking the driveway. RING indoor cam is behind front gate and overlooking the entryway towards the front door.
- Minut Noise Monitor in place to keep indoor noise under observation.

Neighborhood is mostly quiet and does not receive much noise pollution. So please do not sabotage it during your stay.

Parking is spacious. Garage can fit two cars. Driveway can fit four cars, and two on the curbside. Just as a warning, Kirby Drive can experience heavy traffic. If possible, try taking West Homcombe Blvd to get to your destination.

Please note that our landscapers come every other week. They work on the front lawn and the back, therefore they have front gate access. They don’t have indoor access. When their service is done, they may accidentally lock the front gate; however, we will provide a spare key during your stay. Please keep this in mind if privacy is important to you.
Before check-out, please try to keep our home as it was when you checked-in.
Garbage day is every Tuesday. If you accumulate large amounts of trash during your stay, please put all trash in the large bin located in garage and place the bin on curbside for collection.
Respect the neighbors and keep noise level down.
