Welcome to our cozy and inviting townhome on Airbnb! Our spacious three-story townhome is designed to provide comfort and convenience for all our guests, including those who prefer not to climb stairs.
On the first floor, we`ve thoughtfully included a queen bed, making it the ideal space for elderly guests or anyone who prefers easy access without stairs. You`ll also find a convenient walk-in shower and a secure garage where you can safely park your vehicle.
The second floor is the heart of the home, with a full kitchen equipped with everything you need to cook up a storm during your stay. You`ll find pots, pans, utensils, plates, and even a rice cooker, coffee maker, and toaster. The living area is a perfect spot to relax after a day out exploring the city, with a large 65-inch TV and a comfy sofa. Step out onto the balcony and enjoy the fresh air while taking in the view.
The third floor is where you`ll find the bedrooms. The master bedroom features a luxurious king-size bed, a working desk, and a 55-inch TV. You`ll also have access to a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed, a bathtub, a working desk, and a 55-inch TV. The third floor also has a washer and dryer for your convenience.
Our home features hardwood floors throughout, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. We hope that you`ll feel at home during your stay and enjoy everything our townhome has to offer.
During your stay, you`ll have exclusive access to the entire townhome, including all three floors. Feel free to use the garage for parking.
To enter, guests may use the garage or front door equipped with an August lock. Please provide us with the guest`s name and phone number for access authorization. Our keyless entry system ensures easy check-in and check-out. Enjoy the freedom to come and go as you please, and make yourself at home!

This townhome is ideally located near a range of neighborhood amenities that are sure to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. For those who enjoy exploring the city`s culture and history, the NRG Stadium, Zoo, and Museum are just a 10-minute drive away.
In case of emergencies, hospitals are only a 5-10 minute drive from the townhome, providing peace of mind. Plus, the 288 highway is conveniently located just 1 minute away, providing easy access to downtown or other nearby cities.
For shopping and dining, both HEB and Kroger are located within a 10-minute drive, offering a wide variety of fresh foods and goods.
Overall, this neighborhood is a great choice for travelers looking for convenient amenities and comforts during their vacation.
******Due to a new construction nearby, you may experience construction noise from 7AM to 7PM from Monday through Saturday.
Getting around the neighborhood is easy and convenient, whether you prefer to drive or use public transportation. If you have a car, there are two parking options available for you.
First, you can park in the garage attached to the townhome. This garage offers a secure and convenient option for parking, with easy access to the townhome itself.
Alternatively, street parking is available near the townhome. Please note that parking spaces may be limited during peak hours, but you can usually find a spot within a short walk of the townhome.
If you prefer to use public transportation, there are several bus stops within a short walk of the townhome, making it easy to explore the city without having to worry about parking.
Overall, whether you choose to drive or use public transportation, getting around the neighborhood is easy and convenient. Enjoy your stay!
We kindly request that you thoroughly inspect your personal belongings before checking out. If you happen to discover that you have left something behind, please notify us immediately so that we can assist you in locating it. While we cannot guarantee that your lost items will be recovered, we will make every effort to help you in the process.
Hey there! We want to make sure you have a great stay with us, so we have a few requests and tips to keep in mind:
1. To keep our hardwood floor clean and scratch-free, we kindly suggest that you refrain from wearing shoes inside the house.
2. We want to be considerate of our neighbors and other guests, so we observe quiet hours from 10pm to 7am. Please keep noise levels down during these hours.
3. Self check-in is available anytime after 4pm, and if you need an early check-in, just ask us! We`ll do our best to accommodate you.
4. Check-out time is at 11am, but if you need a late check-out, please let us know by 9pm the day before your departure. We may be able to arrange it for you, subject to availability. Please note that there will be a fee of US$50 for late check-out until 1pm, and US$100 until 3pm.
5. We want to keep our home smoke-free for all our guests, so please be aware that there will be a smoking fee of $250 if any smoking is detected inside the house.
6. We have a strict no-party policy to ensure a peaceful and enjoyable stay for everyone. Please note that if any party is detected, there will be a party fee of $500.
7. For your safety and security, please note that our front door Ring Camera and garage camera are recording audio and visual footage 24/7.
