With easy access to the Medical Center, MD Anderson, downtown, NRG (Texans NFL stadium), University of Houston, Texas Southern, both major airports & more, your trip will be full of options to explore the city or relax in the comfort of this open-floor living space & garage parking. An oasis in the heart of Houston. Enjoy this newly built 3 bedroom gated house with an indoor fireplace. Stylish living space that will make you want to sit back and sip a mojito.

Dedicated Workspace
Fast wifi that is more than capable for gaming devices and streaming all at once.

Kitchen
Fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, and essential kitchen items ( blender, toaster, Keurig, etc...) Premium pots and pans for cooking. Coffee bar is fully stocked with a variety of options from tea to coffee. Drip coffee as well as K-cups available. Seasonings and spices for your personal use.

Laundry
Washer and dryer located across from kitchen island. In addition you will find iron, iron board, garment steamer, hangers, and first aid kit. Vacuum is located in the washroom on the left.
Additional cleaning supplies located under sink in the kitchen. Please utilize to minimize cleaning expenses.

You may park in the 1 car garage. You will need to open the garage from the inside of the home first. There is additional parking in front of garage and If more parking is needed you may park on the street directly outside the gate.

The house was clean but there was a cluster of spiders nested on the wifi modem that made me a bit uncomfortable. The ice maker smelled like fish and the refrigerator wasn't too clean. The carpets are filthy and floors werent clean at all. There were hairs and old soaps in the shower/bathtub. The place is supposed to be a paradise but it located in an ugly neighborhood with houses in deplorable state all around the neighborhood. Not a good place to take a walk with family.

It was a nice stay, cozy place. Surrounding neighborhood was sort of worrisome but having a gated front yard and fenced backyard was nice, good for dogs too. Some toiletries weren't fully supplied or topped off like hand soap and dish soap but towels were provided. Having laundry detergent provided was great. Place was clean and well kept. Second bathroom has a window with no privacy curtain or shade, allowing for upstairs neighbor to look directly into the shower.

Super cute house

We loved the house. So cute and very clean. Our only complaint is the neighborhood is very sketchy. Thank goodness for the gate around the property. And we put a lock on the walk through gate. We didn’t have any issues tho. We were there for the Morgan Wallen concert. Had a blast.

Beautiful and functional home

Home was very clean and provided all of the creature comforts you could want. Stocked with cookware, coffee, utensils...gate and garage door worked perfectly. We enjoyed our stay very much! The only negative was the water pressure in all of the sinks. Owner might want to have that looked at.

Great place, very close to medical centers.

The property was very clean, well put together, maintained, and had lots of little amenities that made the stay perfect. The beds were also very comfortable (which is hard to find). The fully fenced in property was great for the dogs and made my family feel very secure in the area. The garage also fit our full size Yukon XL with no problems. The host answered any questions we had quickly. I would stay here again for sure.

Nice Property

Super clean cute house that has been nicely remodeled. It is in a little bit of a lower class neighborhood but the neighbors were very polite and quiet.

Medical needs took us to Houston

The property is well kept, like new. Access was seamless. Getting to and from the hospital from this house was the best we’ve experienced since starting my medical journey. The location could have worried and/or chased off the negative Nancy’s of the world but the street was always quiet, the neighborhood seemed well cared for by its community. I will reuse this location when need.

Do not stay here

This house is in a horrible location. I would NOT bring children or a family here. I reached out to the homeowner for the address so we could familiarize ourselves with the area but they wouldn’t provide it until a few days before check in. It’s advertised as gated but that is not a luxury.The property description is horribly misleading and we never felt safe in the house. I actually tried to find something else but there wasn’t much available for our dates. I was there for a major surgery for my father and the first night he got out of the hospital the bed he was sleeping in collapsed with him in it. When I contacted the homeowner he initially blamed us for the damage. I had to argue our case that my elderly father was ASLEEP when he finally sent someone out. He did later apologize to me but after being misled by the property description I was over all of it. The house inside was clean but that’s about all I can say that’s positive. The smaller bathroom has a window in the shower that looks up into the next door neighbor’s window. It’s not a privacy window at all. I refused to shower in there or use that bathroom because it would be very easy for someone to look in from the neighbor’s window. This was a horrible experience for us.

Location

I contacted VRBO about the location of the property. The property was located in an area that my family and myself did not feel safe in. We left as soon as we found other accommodations. My husband was undergoing brain surgery at MD Anderson. Pictures were sent to VRBO but nothing was done!! No contact whatsoever from VRBO.
