Other things to note
Early check-in is $25 dollars the hour before regular check in. Any hour after will be an additional $10. Please let us know if you want to check in early so we can let our cleaning staff know before hand.

Late check-out is $35 dollars 1 hour after regular check-out. Any hour after is an additional $10.

Pets ARE allowed depending on size. Please let us know in advance about bringing a pet to avoid cancellation. We are pet lovers and want to make sure we are fully prepared to cater to our fury friends.

The following additional Pet Cleaning Fee applies :

1-5 Nights : $25 Per Day
5-29 Nights : $350
30+ Nights : cost resets at 30 days and will be recalculated based on remaining days after 30 days.

Pool Key Replacement- $75

Smoke Odor Repellent- $150

Additional guest are considered to be guest that are not listed and approved during booking. There is fee of $150 per unapproved guest and potential cancellation of reservation if not discussed prior to arrival and approved by hosts. We have a maximum number of guest capped at 4 that are allowed due to safety and size of the listing.
