Phillip was a great host.

Communication with Phillip throughout the process was outstanding. The interior of the house was clean and the photos of the inside were accurate. While there are signs of wear that you do not see in the photos (taped down rugs, low water pressure and it took a long time for the water to heat up), our family found the house very comfortable.
