This is a safe neighborhood in an area that is growing / changing. We have a doorbell camera and security cameras around the property for extra safety.
There is street parking only, and plenty of space to park in front of the property, on Canal St, and Sidney St.
Towels and sheets will always be fresh. Either brand new or laundered after each stay.
Houston has a humid climate and can get very hot at times. This causes a lot of bugs to seek shelter inside the space. We have a contract with an extermination company, and have the property treated 4 times yearly. Still, it is not a perfect solution, and a bug may make it into the property. Please understand that you may see a bug in the apartment. No refunds are given if a bug is seen.
