East Downtown Townhouse - 3 BR & 3.5 BA Great View

Location matters! This AirBNB is located in East Downtown! We are very close to downtown Houston, many of the famous tourist attractions, stadiums, entertainment, and fine dining. Also extremely close to all the nightlife in midtown, downtown, and Montrose! This is great for a short term, or long-term stay! Great for families as well as a weekend away! Partial Downtown views, washer/dryer included. Smart TVs as well as Wi-Fi around the house. Professionally cleaned and sanitized!

This is a beautiful 3-story 2000 sq ft town house with a balcony that has a partial view of downtown Houston. The house is fully furnished with many amenities to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable.

Appliances include: Washer/Dryer, Keurig, Electronic Kettle, Pots/Pans, Utensils, Dishwasher, Fridge, TVs, WiFi, Wine Openers, Cooking equipment, and more!

This spacious townhouse has 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. It can accommodate up to 6 guests.

First Floor:

The first floor has the patio, the entrance, and the first bedroom. The first bedroom, which is themed as the red room, also has a full sized bed, TV, closet, and its own bathroom. The bathroom has a bathtub and a shower head. There is also a washer/dryer in the first floor hallway.

The TV is a Roku Smart TV, and should have all the apps you need to watch your favorite television.

Second Floor:

The second floor has a spacious living room. There is a big screen smart TV which will have all the apps you need.

The kitchen has all cookware, utensils, pots/pans, coffee makers, and dining ware.

The dining table can sit up to 4 people, with additional room available on the kitchen island with barstools that are already there.

The second floor also has a balcony with a partial downtown view, and patio furniture (chairs/table).

The second floor also has a bedroom with two twin beds, his/her sinks, a bath rub, and stand in shower. The bedroom also has a large closet, as well as a small balcony.

The second floor also has a half bath with a sink and toilet.

Third Floor:

This floor has a loft/bedroom which overlooks the entire living room. The room contains a queen bed, and has a green themed wallpaper on the floor. This bedroom also has its own bathroom and closet. The bathroom has a bathtub with a shower head.

Girls' Weekend in HTX

This is a great property! It is as pictured - very spacious and clean. The kitchen was well stocked and you can tell the host has put a lot of work into the property. He was also very responsive and communicated important details ahead of time. I suggest using the garage parking beacuse street parking on the weekend wasn't the easiest to find. The location was perfect for our downtown activities! I would definitely stay again. Thanks for the hospitality and a great stay!

Stayed with my 2 sisters and the house was lovely. Everything we needed was there. Good, quiet neighbourhood. It was easy to get in touch with Anish regarding any questions we had. Would definitely stay again!

Great owner!

Very nice up to date town home and fully equipped. 3 floors nicely decorated and surprisingly cleaner than most homes I’ve stayed in. Beds were very comfy, Wi-Fi, board games a plus. Location is great for downtown activities. Owner was very good at keeping in contact when needed and very helpful. And transparent. The few things I would have to say negative are ; although location is very near downtown area and understanding it’s H-Town, the neighborhood is a bit shady. It was highly recommended to park inside gated back drive area and my luck it was a tight squeeze. My truck did not fit in garage, but I was able to park out of the way and still inside gate led area. Within an hour, already watch police chasing someone on a bicycle. A bit stressful with two young kids wanting to walk the dogs. I will say though, we did not encounter anything crazy. 2. The lower level sliding door and top sliding door did not lock. I had to use a stick to brace it. Smart locks a bit slow in entering codes and when trying to get in late at night wiith family, well.. And last, there was the left over drinks or food from previous renters. I’m ok with it and figured it was the norm, but had some hard seltzers left and my kids thought was just sparkling water. Lol we are use to not having anything left in fridge and removing everything we bring. There are ring cameras at doors and garage. Could use keypad outside garage and deadbolts on doors as extra safety measure. Side breezeway gates left open and do not lock so it is accessible. And perhaps more outside lighting. Regardless, this is just me and MY view on things. All n all Anish was great and the townhome itself is awesome.

Pleasant and Relaxing

I recently stayed at this VRBO unit. I highly recommend it. Spacious and the perfect size for myself and other to be comfortable and relax. The view of downtown Houston was pretty awesome, which is near everything. The unit was clean, comfortable, and had modern contemporary look and feel. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed to cook our own meals, and the bedrooms were outfitted with high-quality linens and plenty of storage space. The bathrooms were also clean and modern, with all the amenities we needed to feel at home. The host was extremely helpful and communicated very well. I highly recommend this VRBO unit for an enjoyable stay,

This property sets the standard for VRBO guests. Everything was amazing. Great location, extremely clean place. Host was extremely responsive, helped with secure parking, and made the stay incredible. House is GORGEOUS, and also has amazing views. I will absolutely stay here again. Thank you so much!!
