It was a pleasant stay. The unit was as advertised. Clean, cozy and a great location. The parking situation worked out awesome, if we needed to use our vehicle is was easygoing. We would definitely consider returning for another stay.

An amazing stay! Stayed for a few nights for a concert at Toyota Center. Everything is walking distance with event center 10 minutes walking and the free parking at apartments was a huge bonus! Beautiful, clean apartment, will be staying again in future.

Host was quick to respond and help! Residents are quiet, but you will hear a little noise on the street until around 2am. Walking distance to a few cafes and the Toyota Center and the streets were never crowded!The Gatewise Multifamily-Access app to get in the building is easy to use, make sure Bluetooth is on for it!

The host was very responsive, she checked in on us and made sure we were comfortable. i will say the place is very cute, clean and it’s really for a couple not really meant for a girls trip or guys trip or more for 2 ppl. You won’t be disappointed. When i go back to houston in Sept i will try to see if this place is available and the location is near everything!

Not a knock on the owner of the condo. The condo itself was clean. The common areas and garage parking area of the complex were pretty nasty. Needs a good power washing. The access app they say you need was not needed at all unless you are going to use the gym, pool or other secured rooms.

Spacious, but Ft. Knox-ish

Location, space, and cleanliness were great, but the carpet and furniture are in bad need of upgrade. The building security system restricted us - allowing only one of us to be able to unlock the external door to enter the building. The other was dependent on the 1st guest to come down to the street level to let them in.

Cute place

Very cute and clean. The manager was very responsive. Being a single mom with two young children I felt safe at the location. I wish there were more cooking utensils and dishes as I like to cook when I travel. I loved having the inflatable mattress for the kids and it came with extra sheets.

It took us a little while to figure out the app. We kept pushing the elevator button without anything happening. Then we realized we had to unlock the elevator with the wise app. other than that we really enjoyed the stay

Convenient Location

We were in town for a concert at the Toyota Center. Perfect location, easy walk, centrally located to all sporting venues. The condo was as expected based off pictures and descriptions. The in and out process was pretty cumbersome with the app; I found it overly complicated for something so simple. My only other gripe is the random trash scattered throughout the building. I’m assuming the permanent tenants are too lazy to bring to the chute. You may want to look into that. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

10 week stay over the summer

I was in town over the summer for an internship and had a pleasant experience staying here. Property was clean, close to everything downtown, and the property manager responded to my questions in a timely manner. Couldn't have gone smoother

First time we used Vrbo instead of staying at a hotel and I have to say, it was the BEST! Our rental was super clean and had everything we needed. The location was superb as well! Close to everything we needed, especially the Astros/Yankees game. Host communication was quick and efficient. Would definitely stay here again!
