- You will love the bedroom! With high ceilings and a sliding door to a balconette, you will instantly have fresh air and comfort! The room has tons of natural light for you to enjoy in the mornings. The plush queen-sized bed is the highlight in this room with a crisp quilt and ultra soft hypoallergenic sheets that feel like a cloud.

The ensuite master bath contains a tub with jacuzzi jets and shower. The two closets provide plenty of room to hang clothes and store your belongings. In one closet, you'll find an iron and an ironing board.

KITCHEN
- The kitchen has every cooking or eating utensil you may need! It's equipped with pots and pans, if you'll want to cook, as well as a baking sheet, a rolling pin, and measuring tools. There is a cutting board as well as a plethora of knives to choose from. In the cabinet on the right of the oven, you will find the pots and pans for cooking. Plates and glasses are located in the upper cabinets. We have also provided a coffee machine, toaster and blender for your convenience. We can also stock the fridge before you arrive! Just ask us about this service!

As a courtesy, Total Comfort Stays provides a "starter pack" of supplies for guests, including toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent pods and trash bags. The quantity is based on the length of the stay and the number of guests registered. This is to make our guests comfortable and also to relieve the stress of having to go to the store upon arrival to The Smart Loft. Guests are responsible for purchasing these items if needed if the started pack is depleted.

There's a dedicated parking spot in a gated lot, as well as ample street parking. There's also a bike lane trail nearby for safe biking.
Other things to note
Please be advised: The apartment is on the third floor, and there is no elevator. The condo also has two stories.
