THE LIVING ROOM:

Enjoy spending time in the welcoming and inviting, large living room with newly sanded hardwood floors, a captivating hanging handmade wool rug from Peru, accented by vintage lamps. Watch your favorite shows on the 52” inch smart TV or listen to your favorite music on the Bluetooth sound bar while you relax in style on the comfortable Danish, teak furniture.



LARGE BEDROOM:

The cozy, calming bedroom contains warm lighting, a brand new queen-size mattress with soft, quality bedding and plush pillows. Behind the room darkening shades, you'll find lots of natural lighting as the sunrise can be seen through the windows. Plenty of storage space available in the large dresser and closet. Unwind and watch movies on the bedroom TV.



BATHROOM:

Wash away the cares of the day under the large rainfall shower head in the newly renovated tiled shower with glass door. A washer and dryer is located in the bathroom and detergent and dryer sheets are provided for your convenience. The bathroom also contains a large walk-in closet to store your belongings.



DINING ROOM:

The quaint dining room is filled with natural sunlight and contains a Burke mid-century modern dining table, teak credenza, and vintage artwork from the 50's.



KITCHEN:

The brand new kitchen contains a full size refrigerator, gas stove, oven, and large sink. Dishes, silverware, pots and pans, and kitchen essentials are provided so you can easily prepare your meals and morning beverages.



Enjoy a great book, coffee, or tea, outside on your own shaded porch with a pool view.
