Conveniently located just 10 minutes from NRG Stadium, you'll be close to Houston Texans games, concerts, the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo, and other major events. The home also provides convenient access to many of Houston's restaurants, shopping, entertainment, and attractions.
The Space
The Sage House features three comfortable bedrooms with sleeping arrangements that work well for families, friends, couples, and groups.

Guest Access
Guests will have access to the entire home during their reservation. We want you to settle in, get comfortable, and enjoy the space as your home away from home.

We kindly ask that guests respect check-in and check-out times so our cleaning team has enough time to thoroughly prepare the home for each reservation.
No refunds will be given due to power blackouts/outages, water shortages, flooding, weather conditions, construction at adjacent properties, mandatory evacuations ordered by county or local officials due to hurricanes, or other potentially dangerous situations resulting from acts of nature or circumstances beyond the host's control.
For guest and property protection, audio/video surveillance is present on the exterior of the property. Please note that there is a Ring Doorbell located at the front of the home, as well as an exterior camera located above the garage and in the backyard.
There are NO cameras or surveillance devices located inside the home.
If you experience an issue with anything at the property, please contact the host as soon as possible so we have the opportunity to address the concern in a timely manner.
We ask that all guests treat the property with care and respect throughout their stay.
