Guests enjoy the convenience of gated and off-street parking for 2 vehicles.
The apartment comfortably sleeps 4 guests. Both bedrooms feature a 65â TV. There is also an outdoor area that is perfect for gatherings.

This newly remodeled ~2,200 sq ft duplex second floor apartment is located in the heart of Houston and offers 2BR & 1BA. We are walking distance from Houston's best restaurants, shops, and sights.
The open-concept living and dining room is tastefully decorated with a modern-chic design and features a fireplace and plenty of natural light.
The fully-equipped kitchen boasts new appliances, classic white cabinets, and white subway tiles.
The bedrooms are equipped with king-sized beds, TVs, and connected to a 3-piece bathroom with newly remodeled vanities and subway tiles.
The outdoor area is covered and decorated with hanging lights, making it suitable for any weather. It features patio furniture, a picnic bench, and a ping pong table.
Pets are welcome, and the house has semi gated front and back areas for dogs to play in.
Guest access:
The apartment is equipped with state of the art Schlage Encode automated locks for easy and secure access, with the code and visual check-in instructions provided at least 24 hours before arrival.
The apartment is on the ground floor. Guests must climb 13-15 stairs to access the unit.
Two non covered, gated, off-street parking spots are provided, and additional parking is available on Fairview Street.
