Sosegado Place Hot springs Village

Welcome to Sosegado Place! You will feel right at home in this 3 bedroom house nestled in a quiet Hot Springs Village neighborhood. you will be just minutes from miles of hiking trails, water fun on the 6 big lakes, and for the golf enthusiast 9 courses to choose from. Historic Hot springs is just a short drive to the south. Outside is a fire pit and 2 decks to lounge on or eat what you made on the bbq grill.

The home features a large eat in kitchen that is fully stocked for you to cook a nice meal. The kids will love the game room; maybe adults will too! The master suite has a king sized bed and the bathroom has a separate jacuzzi tub and shower. Large living room has plenty of space to stretch out and watch tv.

You will receive the door code 24 hours prior to check in time. Hot Springs Village is a gated community located about 25 minutes from Hot Springs. You will need to stop, give the guard your name, and they will give you a pass for your car. These are the only 2 gates that guests are allowed to enter through

INSIDE THE VILLAGE - You can purchase a `5 Visit` pass card. This is an easy and inexpensive way for you to sample some of our most fun activities. For just $36 + tax ($25 for kids and teens under 18), you get any combination of five visits to these Hot Springs Village recreational amenities: Coronado Fitness Center : One Day Pickleball : One Day Coronado Tennis Center : Two Hours Outdoor Pool : One Day Kayak/Stand Up Paddleboards at Desoto Marina
