We had a great stay in Hot Springs Village over New Years with our family. The community was very quiet and peaceful. There are many places to just sit (inside and out) to view the lake. It was a 20-30 drive into Hot Springs, but a very easy commute. We had an issue with the sewer when we arrived; but, the owner took care of everything quickly. I would recommend this house to anyone looking to get away and relax in a nice, quiet, peaceful community.

House is lovely with comfortable beds. It was in good shape with a beautiful view!! Everything works well including AC. The only food for thought is carpet leading down the stairs in need of deep cleaning. We enjoyed our stay!

The property was just as advertised. It was very clean and comfortable. The views were fantastic. The lake and trees were so serene.The hosts were very quick to respond. We had water heater issues. It was repaired in less than 24 hours.The kitchen was beautiful and the appliances were top notch. Your house was a great place for a birthday celebration with family.

Perfect for our two families!

Beautiful location, clean, kind & responsive hosts, well appointed, plenty of room for kids to hangout downstairs, comfy beds, good water pressure, lots of natural light, and gorgeous views! The property was great and suited our needs perfectly. 2 sets of parents and 4 kids (17-22). Wine by the fireplace, views sunrises and sunsets from the picture windows across the combo living/dining. It was a bit cold to enjoy much outdoors! We hit up the flea markets, shopping on Bathhouse Row, Lookout Tower, Garvan Garden’s Christmas lights, there is no lack of options for any age group! There is dining in the village or a trip to town - highly recommend the Vault. We are hoping to plan a summer trip and enjoy the lake amenities!

Perfect family getaway!

This house worked perfectly for our family getaway to HSV for a 75th BD party and Thanksgiving with local relatives. We had plenty of space and even worked remotely while we were visiting for 2 weeks. Sitting at the desk and looking at the beautiful lake while working was great! The house was VERY clean and well-appointed. Kevin and Jane were very responsive to all communications and we enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and wildlife! Would definitely recommend and will look to stay here again when traveling to the area.

Fun Relaxing Peacful Getaway All in One Weekend

This property was perfect for our family to have a super fun weekend. The home is spacious and open. The evenings are great to listen to the sounds of nature like a sound machine. My family spent most of the days kayaking on the lake and hanging out on the dock and playing games on the deck. Tho the amenities were available we didn't want to leave the house. We cooked at home and did go get pizza one evening which was great. Jane and Kevin are great hosts. Nicely decorated home! Thanks again and we will definately be back! Fantastic Views

We will DEFINITELY return. The water views were incredible...from the house, each patio, various sitting areas between the house and dock, and of course the dock. The home is well appointed and had a great layout! We enjoyed the kayaks and wish we would have used them more.

Beautiful home with lovely view

This was the most beautiful VRBO I have ever stayed in. The house was spotless and beautifully furnished. The view of the lake from most of the rooms and outdoor decks was lovely and so peaceful. The hosts were very thoughtful and super responsive to all questions. I cannot recommend this home high enough.
