This 1750 sq ft home boasts 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, offering a comfortable retreat for your stay. The private outdoor covered patio includes a relaxing fire pit area and is complemented by Smart TVs throughout the house. Inside, you'll find a well-equipped kitchen and a spacious living area with a 10-foot couch and additional bar seating. The indoor/outdoor room features Bluetooth connectivity and surround sound for your entertainment pleasure.

The bedrooms are thoughtfully arranged:

BEDROOM 1: King Bed, conveniently close to Bathroom 1 & Laundry Area, with sliding glass door access to the outdoor area.

BEDROOM 2: King Bed, located directly off the kitchen, featuring a super comfy couch (the only bedroom without a TV).

BEDROOM 3: King Bed, also adjacent to the kitchen, equipped with a Smart TV.

The living area is spacious and cozy, with a 10-foot couch and Smart TV. The kitchen area offers bar seating for six, and additional barstools are available. The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric stove with an oven, refrigerator, microwave, a regular coffee pot and a Keurig with limited complimentary Starbucks Pike Place K-Cups, sugar cubes, and honey sticks.

-OUTDOOR LIVING -

Deck patio provides a peaceful retreat with swinging chairs and a fire pit area. An inviting hammock area and a hot tub await your relaxation. The property also includes a private dock, ample parking for cars and boat trailers.

-BOAT LAUNCH-The nearest boat ramp if you are wanting to bring your own boat is Hill Wheatley Park.

-GENERAL AMENITIES-

The property offers free WiFi, linens, towels, central heat, and air conditioning. Ceiling fans are provided for added comfort.
