Welcome to Norhtwoods Contemporary Mountain Bike Haven! Come enjoy your stay in Hot Springs, AR, in this modern design WITH A POOL and HOT TUB located in Downtown Hot Springs surrounded by forested National Park. There is plenty of room for you and your guests with the 5 bedroom, and 2.5 bathroom two-story layout. Conveniently located in the downtown area to hit up shops, restaurants, breweries. A short walk or ride to the amazing hiking and biking trails of Hot Springs and the Northwoods!

INDOOR LIVING
Walk in the front door to be greeted with a gorgeous modern esthetic at this beautiful contemporary home. The open floorplan includes a large chef's kitchen, two large spaces for dining that can each seat eight people, and two story living space with a fireplace! On the first floor there is also bedroom 1 and with its en suite bathroom, a coffee bar area, and a half bathroom. Walk up the staircase to the second floor where you will find bedrooms 2-4, a full bathroom, and bedroom 5, which is a large bonus and bunk room with a sectional sofa, foosball, and ping pong table!

OUTDOOR LIVING
Directly out the back door, enjoy the forested national park surroundings with your private pool and hot tub while sipping your morning coffee or evening cocktails. Gather around the fire pit in the backyard for those lovely starry nights. We also offer a gas grill for use in the backyard, and beach towels are provided!

KITCHEN
Fully-equipped kitchen to cook those home meals away from home. Kitchen comes with utensils, dishes, coffee maker (regular drip and Keurig), blender, crockpot, spices, pots and pans, and more!

ENTERTAINMENT
TVs in every room. Roku Smart TV (guest will have to log into their own streaming accounts or watch Free Roku Channel App)
Wi-Fi throughout home!
Play some ping pong in the bonus/bunk room area!

PARKING
There is room for 5-8 cars in the driveway, depending on whether you're willing to be blocked in or not. Please do not park in the street.

You'll have access to the entire home. The pool is private!

We're about a mile from bathhouse row downtown, which is filled with endless restaurants, bars, breweries, shopping, and history. Oaklawn racetrack and casino is just a 5-7 minute drive just 3 miles up Central Ave. The Northwoods hiking and mountain biking trails are about a mile up Cedarglades Rd from the house, and you can walk to the National Park hiking trails.

This place is absolutely gorgeous, and the hosts are incredibly hospitable! They checked on us via chat message often and were very responsive to any questions/concerns we had. Will definitely be booking with them again should we come back to Hot Springs! Highly highly recommend!

This space was truly a delight for our large family. We loved the layout and the fact that we could spread out, with lots of places for hangout sessions. For context, we were able to comfortably have a ping pong tournament, a puzzle table, a baby play pen, and a football game all going at once without feeling overstimulated or in each other’s space!The hosts were kind enough to decorate for Christmas, which was a really lovely and unexpected surprise. The pool was perfect for a cold plunge, and the hot tub was already heated when we arrived, another very thoughtful touch! Beds were comfortable, and everyone seemed to sleep well. We are already making tentative plans to come back next holiday season.Some feedback: ladybugs were a problem for us, but the hosts were extremely responsive and quick to come up with a great solution. Towels smelled a bit mildewy, and the ping pong paddles were pretty rough, though it was easy to buy new ones at the Walmart Supercenter in town. That being said, none of these things would deter us from staying again or from highly recommending this place to another large group.

Stephen was the most responsive host I’ve ever dealt with. The house was absolutely beautiful and clean and amazing. It was very spacious and great for our family gathering. The location was central to tourist amenities of downtown hot springs. We thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub and even got crazy and did a cold plunge in the pool! This house was stocked with everything we could have needed for our stay and then some. We will definitely keep this one in mind for our next visit to hot springs!
He even decorated for Christmas!

The home was beautiful inside & out. The coffee bar was impressive. It had absolutely everything we needed & the kitchen was impressively stocked for cooking. The beds were comfortable. Everyone slept very well. The guys did the Cold Plunge in the pool then the hot tub. Very fun to watch. We did the Hot Springs Off-road Park and we also did Quapaw Hot Springs. We really enjoyed it.

Five Stars – Perfect for a Large Family Getaway

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful home—perfectly sized for our large family group of 10. The house is spacious, clean, and thoughtfully designed, with newer appliances and a well-maintained feel throughout. The swimming pool and hot tub were big highlights for everyone, and the kids especially loved the dedicated playroom. There was plenty of parking for our group (up to six cars), and everything was easy to access and use. The hosts were excellent—very responsive, friendly, and accommodating. We highly recommend this property and would absolutely stay here again!

Wonderful Hot Springs hideaway

Friends and I gathered here for a 60th birthday celebration. The house was perfect for all our needs. The abundance of seating and openness of the common space were especially appreciated. Everyone said they want to stay there again.

Perfect family-friendly spot for Hot Springs experience

Cleanest vacation home I’ve ever stayed in and most attentive hosts! They kept in touch regularly via the app and responded quickly to any questions or concerns. I commented on the internet being spotty and they arranged for their provider to pop in that same day to fix the issue. The pool and hot tub are so nice and well maintained. We enjoyed the kitchen and grill daily, avoiding extra costs of eating out. Kids loved having their own space w/ bunk beds, foosball & ping pong tables. Other than hearing some faint sounds of roosters in the morning, you’d never know there are neighbors - very private. Loved seeing deer climb down the hill and into front yard each evening & listening to frogs. Minutes away from almost all of the activities we planned. The only things I could see being an issue are for elderly or those with mobility limitations - the sliding door to backyard is very hard to open or close, floors can be slippery especially if wet, and there are a lot of stairs. That being said, we were fine with using the other doors to backyard and our elderly parents used the master bedroom on ground floor, avoiding steps. If you’re bringing little ones, I recommend a baby gate for the staircase in upstairs kids room. I was a bit nervous about them falling down them at night on way to bathroom. Overall, I would 100% choose to stay here again!!

This place was perfect!!! We stayed 4 nights and 5 days in June. 7 adults and 6 children. We enjoyed the pool/hot tub. The kids loved the game room. The adults loved the kitchen and bedrooms. Stephen and Merritt left us great recommendations and were very responsive. Northwoods is only 3mins from downtown, but we just had a great time at their amazing home!

Fun Relaxing Stay!

This house has everything you may need! It meet all our guest needs. Lots of room for 12 guest & super clean! Such a treat how close in proximity everything was to us! Our family and friends enjoyed the trails, bathhouses, and casino. Walking downtown was so fun and neat to visit! Would definitely book again, it is such a beautiful home!

Great Space for Staff Retreat and Adult Get Away

The property was clean and spacious. The first portion of the stay was used for a small office's staff retreat. It was a comfortable space to meet and plan for the upcoming year. The remainder of the stay was for (4) couples to get away without children. We had a great time! We would definitely return if a similar space in the Hot Springs area is needed. The property manager was quick to respond to communication. Thanks for a memorable weekend!

Beautiful and Peaceful Property

Very clean and well kept house. The home is very spacious. The location is peaceful and feels secluded but just minutes from all the shops and restaurants. And communication with owners was easy and they responded quickly. We enjoyed our stay very much.
