Close to oaklawn and short drive downtown.

First off want to say we would stay here again. It was clean and lots of space. Lots of parking. The only negatives were the beds were SO HARD and Inexpensive mattresses so the sleeping was not great. All of us agreed on this. And the seating in the living room. Only one couch and 4 plastic hard chairs . So for us to want to sit and watch the game on tv was not exactly ideal. we had 6 adults. Overall it was OK!

Hot Springs Trio

Location was good. House has been updated though still needs improvement. Family room needs more comfortable seating. Kitchen stove is the worst i have ever seen. Need a vent in kitchen, smoke alarms went off. Yard needed mowing and a couple of mosquito filled buckets in the back. Guest shower does not drain well. Master bath was not clean under the step out mat. House had a lot of room and good cooling.

Too Hot Hot Springs

House was as shown/stated online. There were a few safety concerns that should be addressed before other renters. *front door needs a deadbolt-only has the lock on knob *front windows need blinds or curtains that provide privacy Other issues we had: *1bed didn’t have a top sheet *both showers/tubs drained very slowly *should have been told of remote controls for the lights and fans *the guest bathroom door was hard to open & close and made lots of noise *there wasn’t any instructions for checkout so hope we did what was needed. *our A/C wasn’t working on the 2nd day so we had a very hot night. Contacted Jason and he did take care of it and the rest of our trip was very comfortable

Nice House!

Great location close to town! The inside of the house is nicely decorated with clean bathrooms. The rooms seemed a little dusty, especially under the beds. Not sure if that was just the age of the house or they don’t clean there. Kitchen had everything we needed. The listing said there is a deadbolt but the three exterior doors did not have one. We would stay again!

Had a great time. Wish there were card games to play in evening and a second couch. Neighbors were friendly and location was easy to get in and out of as well as easy to navigate and close to everything.

Home was beautifully decorated and in a convenient location. Only minor issues were the key box was really hard to open and I never received any specific checkout instructions. FYI when you call the property contact be aware that the voicemail message says you’ve reached Up In Smoke BBQ. The overall experience was great and we would definitely stay again if in the area. Hot Springs is a great place to visit with lots for the entire family to do.

Great for a girls trip!

Our group of 4 ladies enjoyed the convenience of the location. The 4 big beds gave us each our own space. Not walking distance; We drove to public parking when visiting down town. The property owner was quick to respond to questions. Overall a comfortable house for a social trip:)

Hot Springs weekend get away

Place was just like photos. Very clean and updated. We had a great quick stay. House is close to bath house row, the horse track, casino, and the lake for anyone interested in any of those. The only suggestion is the curtains on the front and back of the house are sheer and it was a little uncomfortable at night knowing anyone driving by could see right in. That is just a personal preference.

Hot Springs

We enjoyed our stay overall. The house was very spacious and pleasent. I could not get ahold of the property manager to let them know a few issues with the house. If you have a group bigger than 4, the living room arrangements are a little tight since there is only one couch. Their sleeping arrangements were perfect, with lots of room. There was trash found in the backyard on arrival and dishes in the dish washer that were questionable on cleanliness. Even though we had a few issues we still enjoyed our stay.
