Apt. 2 Sunset View Apartment is on the second floor above The BEAR. This studio apartment is newly furnished with a King, 70" Roku TV streaming the high speed fiber internet. It has its own washer dyer combo It is non-smoking and pet friendly! The apartment is conveniently located in the center of Hot Springs (2831 Main St.) within walking distance to The Homestead. There are shops and restaurants: wine, coffee, VA ABC store and other amenities next door. In addition, across the street is  Claire's Cakes and Cafe offering breakfast, deli sandwiches, soups, salads, espresso, hand dipped ice cream, and next door the micropub Bacova Beer! 

All guests of our vacation rentals may access our 2.5 & 4.5 Barn Hill Loop Trail with a trout stream and bass pond. In addition, guests have private access to The Jackson River at Hal's Point where there is a picnic area, great trout fishing, and a fun place to take a dip! Both activities will expose our guests to the amazing natural beauty of Bath County.
