Magnolia is bright, open, and perfect for gathering. It features one king bedroom and two bathrooms, with a king suite on the main floor and an upstairs loft that includes two double beds, a queen sleeper sofa, and a second full bath. The living room has an additional queen sleeper, and the vaulted ceilings, large windows, and stone fireplace make it feel spacious and cozy all at once. A fully equipped kitchen makes meals easy, whether you're cooking for a group or just making coffee for two.

Ruth House offers the same easy layout and inviting feel, with one king bedroom and two bathrooms. The downstairs king suite is complemented by an upstairs loft featuring two double beds, a queen sleeper sofa, and another full bath. The main living area includes a second queen sleeper for extra guests. Inside, you’ll find tall ceilings, a sleek electric fireplace, and warm wood tones throughout. Please Note:

*** Each cabin comes with its own private outdoor amenities for your exclusive use. The only shared feature is the 9-hole mini golf course, which all guests are welcome to enjoy. ***

Pool Heating Policy
• Must give 48 hours notice to request heating.
• Less than 48 hours notice is not guaranteed and will incur a $50 fee.
• Heat setting is limited to a maximum of 80°F. Please note that the pool heater may struggle to maintain temperatures above 80°F during periods of extreme cold.
• Cost is $95/day.
• Heating must be scheduled for the entire duration of your stay.

***Please note that pool heating will not be available from Memorial Day Weekend through October 1st.

***We kindly ask our guests to ensure that all trash is securely placed in the outside cans; if full, please place trash in the dumpster on the right side of the entrance drive.***

*** We ask that you electronically sign our rental agreement within 48 HOURS of booking. An authorization for a security deposit is also required. The signature and government ID must match the first and last name on the reservation and the name on the credit card you have on file.
