Summary:

Welcome to Horseshoe Bay's newest luxury rental destination! Experience life on Lake LBJ at this stunning 4000 sq ft home that sits at the end of a canal with a boat slip and will comfortably sleep up to fourteen guests. The ample outdoor space features generous seating with three deck areas, a brand new hot tub, plenty of room for the kids to play outside, and a fire pit for those chilly nights on the lake.



The Space:

Nestled along the serene shores of Horseshoe Bay, this waterfront home offers the ultimate retreat for relaxation and recreation. With its spacious interiors, luxurious amenities, and stunning outdoor spaces, this haven promises an unforgettable getaway for family and friends.



As you ascend to the second floor, you'll enter the heart of the home—a spacious open floor plan designed for comfort and style. The living room beckons with a plush sectional couch, centered around a flat-screen TV and a cozy fireplace, creating the perfect spot for gathering and relaxation. Adjacent to the living area, a dining table for six awaits, complemented by two seats at the kitchen island and additional bar seating for three, providing ample space for shared meals and entertaining. The full kitchen, equipped with stainless steel appliances, invites culinary adventures and gourmet delights.



The second floor boasts three inviting bedrooms, each offering a king bed for restful nights of sleep. Two of the bedrooms serve as master suites, featuring en-suite bathrooms with soaking tubs and separate showers, offering a luxurious retreat after a day of adventure. The third bathroom, conveniently located in the hallway, offers a tub-shower combo and serves the remaining bedroom.



Venture downstairs to discover an additional living room, complete with entertainment options including foosball, darts, basketball, a bar area, and a big-screen TV, providing endless opportunities for fun and relaxation. The sofa pulls out to a queen-sized sleeper, accommodating additional guests in comfort. Two spacious bedrooms offer flexible sleeping arrangements, with one boasting a king bed and the other featuring three twin beds and a full bed. A full bathroom on this level adds convenience and comfort for all guests.



Outside, the home offers three deck areas with waterfront views, providing the perfect setting for outdoor relaxation and enjoyment. Take a soak in the hot tub for six or gather around the firepit for cozy evenings under the stars. With a boat slip at the end of the canal, water adventures are just steps away, offering endless opportunities for boating, fishing, and water sports.

Guest Access:

✅ This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $59.99 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $1.5 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.

One of the standout features of the neighborhood is its impressive array of eight public golf courses, offering golf enthusiasts a diverse range of options to enjoy their favorite sport. For those seeking outdoor recreation and relaxation, Lake LBJ is a true gem. As one of the seven great lakes in the area, it offers an ideal spot for taking a refreshing dip and escaping the summer heat. Boating, fishing, and other water activities are popular pastimes on the lake, providing ample opportunities for outdoor enjoyment.

Sweet Berry Farm is a wonderful destination for the whole family to visit. This farm offers seasonal activities, allowing visitors to pick their own berries in the spring and pumpkins in the fall. Kids can enjoy pony rides, partake in fun crafts, and create lasting memories in a beautiful countryside setting.

Nature enthusiasts will appreciate the nearby Balcones Canyonlands National Wildlife Refuge, which is one of the many great parks in the region. 3. Our team is committed to assisting you, though occasional check-in delays may occur during peak periods.

4. WiFi is available in all homes, but uninterrupted service is not guaranteed, and no refunds for disruptions.

5. A $500 fine will be imposed for any evidence of smoking, confetti, vomit residues, or glitter.

6. Set the A/C no lower than 72 degrees to prevent freezing and system issues; no refunds for low-temperature-related A/C problems.

7. Start-up sundries provided for the first two days; report missing items within one hour of arrival.

8. Pet-friendly units welcome pets with an additional fee; ensure pets are well-behaved and respectful.

9. Bugs are common in the Texas Hill Country; pest control is in place, but some insects are inevitable.

10. In Texas, there are periods of time without significant rainfall causing the county to place a ban on burning. Please check the current burn ban status, before using the fire pit (if available) at your vacation rental.

11. Only utilize the designated on-site and off-site parking spaces at your rental.

12. For any issues during your stay, a 72-hour window after check-out is provided to file a claim. Note that refunds won't be issued for claims submitted after this period. We appreciate your cooperation.

Extremely dangerous front entry

The front entry stairs have broken tiles that fall off as you step on them They NEED to be taken off This is the only way to enter & exit the home from front driveway for unloading & loading cars The dishwasher was full off dishes only 3 towels No handtowels for 9 ladies Only 1 Toliet paper for each bath only 1 roll paper towels

Accommodating Home

This home with 3 king masters and a bunk room was ideal for couples with kids and young couples with no kids to have king rooms. The set up of the bedrooms was the key to our rental. The reason I gave a 3 for cleanliness was 2 of the showers drained extremely slow, and while Cozi management responded there was a mix up getting Maintance out to fix during our stay. We communicated after the visit and management was extremely apologetic. While it was a little frustrating during the stay; the entire home was very comfortable and our extended family truly enjoyed the home. Great location on the canal and close to gas stations, shops and downtown Marble Falls.
